This was my first dental appointment with Tru Dental in Hyde Park. I spoke to Ms. Sheilann twice over the phone and in person on the day of my appointment. She was so friendly, informative, and accommodating. When I went for my appointment, she attended to me quickly and was so nice that I was soon at ease. Ms. Sheilann was a great start to a great visit. I was in a clean waiting room that followed the Covid DOH protocols (which made me feel safer) and I used the clean bathroom. In other places they are messy and smell bad but, not here. I have not been to a dentist for many years and needed x-rays. Ms. Jodi was very patient and explained everything before she did it. All of the x-rays came out well the first time. She was the best x-ray technician I ever had. Then Ms. Andrea, the hygienist, had me look at my teeth before she started the cleaning and polishing. She wanted to show me the before and give me some maintenance tips. I was extremely happy with the results she worked for. With so much build up my teeth had, I was surprised of the great results and lack of pain or blood. When I had also called for information, I spoke to Mr. Rob. He was very helpful and friendly. All in all, these fantastic employees gave me an incredibly positive dental experience! Over the years, at other dental offices, there is a mixture of positive and negative employees or experiences at one office. As a whole, everyone I encountered was very professional, friendly, focused on your care, and treated me like an important patient! I will go back and, for sure, I would recommend Tru Dental, with this dream team, to my family and friends.

On my first visit I was a little skeptical BUT comfortable though because my primary doctor is there when I met the hygienist she was so awesome words cannot express how wonderful that young woman is then I met the doctor awesome as well AND handsome very well mannered shows that he knows what he's doing and talking about the secretary was very funny I forgot their names though sorry BUT it's a place to go to take care of your teeth gupoTpo po shagoImaga I hpopega

Amazing experience from when i got in the door to having my teeth X-rayed and cleaned . Currently writing this while I'm in the chair lol. The receptionist has amazing service as well as the assistant(amazing conversation and made me laugh and feel comfortable) and hygienist! This will definitely be my permanent dentist to go to. Highly recommend! The hygienist throughly showed me what was going on with my teeth and explained what i needed to do. I usually don't like the dentist but i can't wait to come back lol. Made my day!

Probably one of the WORST medical offices I have ever witnessed. Dentist was a HACK. Didn't care whatsoever. Staff was rude and loud. Screamed at my on the phone. Dismissed me . Referred me out to a place that's booking to November. I can say enough about the dentist- he should have been wearing a shirt that says - I don't care , just pay me. SO UNPROFESSIONAL and don't even bother with them. Terrible terrible terrible . NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!

This dental group from the minute I called to my initial visit was one of the most professional and pleasant experiences I've ever endured... I mean who actually can say that the dentist was a enjoyable visitThe staff and Dr. Mike went far and beyond to make my visit comforting, answered all my questions, got me rite in for a appointment and even addressed further issues I wasn't scheduled for on that first visit... can't say enough!!! This is the worst dentist ive ever been too 10/10 dont recommend they just keep makjng appointments for stuff they want to do they dont listen to their customers. I never understand why people go into a feild if they dont want to do the job and are going to act so miserable. Very lazy. Very dissmissive.

This is the worse dentist I have ever been seen at three months after my extractions I am still waiting for my work to be done.If I ever have to be seen again it will never be with them. They need too learn how to do things in a better manner and in a timely one

The best experience I have ever had at a dentist office, from the front staff to the back medical staff. I had to have a filling done, and this was the first experience I have had that I was not in pain while getting the needle. I always get anxious going to have a filling done and the doctor and staff are so calming and I barely felt anything with the numbing needle. I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist chair before. They answer all questions and reassure you. Highly recommend....
