Dr. Rami attended the University of Detroit Mercy, where he graduated with a bachelors degree in biology. Dr. Rami then went to dental school at Temple University in Philadelphia, where he excelled in all aspects of dentistry. Early in his career, he worked for an implant specialist who mentored him in some of the most advanced dental cases. Upon graduation, he won an award for his exceptional work with implants and crowns.
Dr. Rami then completed a dual residency at the VA hospital of Pittsburgh and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. The residency allowed him to receive advanced training in dental implants, root canals, sedation, sleep apnea treatments and many other areas of specialized dentistry. Dr. Rami was fortunate to have served the VA community and all those that help protect our country and allow us to live safely.
He is extremely thankful to have been mentored by some of the most experienced and sought-after specialists in the dental community. Dr. Rami hopes to bring this level of excellence to Michigan. Dr. Ramis mission is to raise his patients expectations.

I had implants put in by Dr Rami He has been nothing but professional and eased my mind through the whole process I'm a big baby when it comes to pain and he did the procedure with minimal pain for me He went above and beyond when it came to payment He really worked with me Thanks Dr Rami and staff

I am so grateful for the staff at Troy smiles especially Dr. Rami. I had a dental emergency and he was able to get me right on the very same day. My smile is literally nicer now than before my toot cracked. I can't thank them enough seriously

I met Dr. Rami at Troy city fair stall and he seen my teeth and provided a verbal price for Invisalign treatment for $3,500. I mentioned I have dental insurance it covers orthodontics and he advised me to call office and provide information so he can confirm how much it will cover. At the fair his staff offered me to fill out a lottery form with name and phone number so I might win $500 discount for Invisalign which I did. I received a call few weeks after saying I won the lottery for $500 off of Invisalign treatment. I called his office and provide my details about insurance and mentioned Dr. Rami's price what I was told. I made an appointment for Invisalign treatment, when I showed up Dr Rami said the price he told me is without insurance price and he thought I do not have insurance. He never disclosed at the fair or over the phone when I made appointment that the price he told me is without insurance price even I told him about my insurance. He apologized when I asked him why he didn't mentioned me at the fair or when I book my appointment. He also added he can not charge me what he promised with insurance because insurance company set the price which is much higher and he cannot lower it even if he wants - it will be insurance fraud. It feels like a scam!

I went here to get my wisdom tooth pulled out and everybody here was kind. He gets you in and out and you can tell that he really knows what he is doing. One of his assistants held my hand and they were able to keep me calm the whole time. He also was able to get the tooth out whole without having to break it into pieces. He is my dentist for now on.

All the staff is very friendly and made sure I was always comfortable. It was my first visit and I like the small clinic feeling. The last place felt too big and a bit impersonal.

Had a dental emergency where I lost two teeth. Dr Rami was able to get me in immediately, and gave me a step by step plan to getting everything fixed. I was able to smile again the next day, with a more customized fit available as soon as possible!

Love this office. The staff is very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. They always make you feel like part of the family. If you want to look your best this is the place to go.You'll definitely leave with a smile. Wish I could give them more stars.

Dr. Rami and his staff are the best in the business. He will go above and beyond to make his patients happy and comfortable. I've had many occasions where I needed to see him about my teeth and he would literally come bright and early for me or stay open late and on one occasion he even came in on a Sunday!! What more can I ask for??? Best dentist.... PERIOD.
