I went the day that I was scheduled only to discover that they had rebooked my appointment to somebody else, all without giving me any notice. Their explanation was that I did not confirm that I was going (although they had sent me messages confirming that they were ready for my appointment both the day before and one hour prior to it, even saying that they were excited to see me) When I asked to reschedule, only spot open was in two more months (and I had already waited two months for this appointment). While I understand that they get booked pretty quickly, it is unacceptable to just "dump" people who are trusting in your care, especially if you advertise your establishment as a caring member of the community. People's time is also valuable, so this was just sad to experience. Update: I scheduled with a different clinic and the care there has been great, answering any questions and using clear communication during the whole process. So yeah, the experience with Troy Roeder DDS PC clinic was not the norm, they just happen to have really bad patient intake ethics/practices.

Have been going here for some months and love that I found this dentist. Such friendly staff and Dr roeder is so nice and very knowledgeable, very helpful answering questions and overall, such a great place! Would recommend this office to anyone needing a new dental office/dentist!

I have been going to Dr Roeder's office for many years. The staff is always courteous and Dr Roeder always explains everything in detail before starting any procedure. Just love, love, love him! He has the latest high-tech gadgets (drills, X-ray equipment, air quality equipment) and I can now have cavities drilled without Lidocaine because of the newer type drills. I highly recommend his dental practice to anyone looking for a compassionate staff and dentist.

Was searching for a new dentist since I have different insurance and I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Roeder. He and his team were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. He explained everything he was doing, and after recommending a fluoride treatment made sure to double check if it was covered by my insurance before proceeding with it - this was such a huge courtesy and so unexpected, and I appreciated it! The girls were super friendly, and they were so sweet and just got to know me. I could never say I had a good time at the dentist until today.

Best dentist in the quad cities. If your reading this searching for a new dentist you've found what your looking for. I've never felt more comfortable at the dentist before. Everyone is helpful and takes time to explain what they are doing.

Best. Dentist. Ever. I had nothing but bad experiences and fear before finding Dr. Roeder but he takes the time to explain everything he is doing and goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. He and his staff are kind, professional and funny. Dare I even say, I look forward to going to the dentist now!

I wish I could give Dr Roeder and his team more than 5 stars! They are all amazing! When I was searching for a new dentist (my dentist retired) I started out looking at the list of dentists that were covered by my insurance.I Googled several dentists then Dr Roeder, I read the reviews. I thought the reviews had to be fake, NO dentist could be THAT great, right? WRONG. He IS THAT GREAT! I had HUGE anxiety about dentists because of bad experiences in my childhood. My last dentist had to give me volume to help me relax because i had THAT much anxiety. I dreaded going to the dentist, as a matter of fact I ONLY went when I HAD to. I met Dr Roeder when I was in his office getting my teeth cleaned. I immediately felt comfortable with him! How is this possible I thought?! Well my next visit I had to get a crown (part one of two steps) and I couldn't believe it. I honestly wasn't nervous (well maybe a little bit at first). I almost FELL ASLEEP!!! How crazy is that??!! No meds and I almost fell asleep, I was THAT comfortable. My husband had work done too (crown) and he went on and on about how much he liked Dr Roeder and his team. They are all so nice, gentle and wonderful!! I HIGHLY recommend Dr Roeder and his team to anyone and everyone! You won't be disappointed. It's great to finally not dread going to the dentist! Thank You to Dr Roeder and his wonderful Team!! The Gallaughers

There could not be a better dentist. Dr. Roeder and his staff are well educated, patient, and caring. He stated using a laser and because of this new technology my 4 year old son was able to have a filling done, pain free, without anesthetic! I recommend my friends and family to him!

No, these aren't fake reviews, Dr. Roeder and his staff are really THAT good. I've never been to a better dentist in my entire life. The wait time is always under 5 minutes...Yup, 5 minutes TOPS. Usuaully when you walk in they're ready for you. Where do you get that kind of treatment?! Also, his shots don't hurt at all. I have no idea how he does it. After 6-7 shots from him, they're all the same. The whole experience is top notch, they're doing business the right way. Every dentist needs to learn from them.

Dr. Roeder is absolutely fabulous, and every member of the staff is so incredibly nice. He does a wonderful job of laying out any issues you may encounter with your teeth or gums. I just started going to him around 2 years ago and he shatters any uneasiness or anxiety one may have about dentists as soon as your in the chair. Thanks again doc
