Dr. Winegar was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. From a young age he was passionate about dentistry and spent several years working as a lab tech for a local orthodontist. Growing up Dr. Winegar enjoyed spending his time outdoors; hiking, skiing, and boating. He servedan LDS mission in Toronto, Canada. Following his mission, Dr. Winegar completed his undergraduate education at the University of Utah prior to attending dental school. He then attended and graduated from Creighton Dental College receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Following dental school Dr. Winegar attended a postgrduate program for two additional years to receive a certificate of specialization in Prosthodontics. Dr. Winegar has since been practicing in the Holladay area since 1994. Outside of work, he spends time with his wife and 5 children at their home in Cottonwood Heights.
Brooke is our office manager and has been a part of our team for 5 years. She has a bubbly personality and loves to get to know our patients. Brooke and her husband enjoy traveling, boating, hiking, and playing outside with their dog. She is currently taking classes to finish her Bachelors Degree.
Stephany is a valued part of our team. She came to us as an accomplished clinical assistant. Our patients have found her pleasant and friendly, always helping to put their dental anxieties at ease. She has been happily married for 5 years. Together they enjoy fishing, going to movies, and camping.
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, Norma has been with the Winegar Team since 2001. She prides herself on personal growth and continues to learn as much as she can in the dental field. In her spare time she loves to take advantage of the great outdoors here in Utah. She golfs, skis, bikes, hikes, fishes and gives up her time for humanitarian efforts.
Mackenzie is our lab technician and has been with Winegar Dentistry for over 4 years. She spends her time behind the scenes preparing and perfecting cases for our patients. She is a full time student at the University of Utah and is pursuing a career in the dental field. Kenzie is full of personality and brings a lot of fun and excitement to our office. When she isnt at work or school you can find her adventuring in the mountains or hanging out with family and friends.
Kristin has been a loyal member of our team for over 11 years. As our public relations coordinator she enjoys coming up with fresh ideas to market our rapidly growing practice. Kristin is very family oriented and spends as much time as she can with her husband and two kids. They enjoy biking, hiking, boating, and camping in their 1976 motor home, Donald.

Dr. Winegar has such great skills and always makes you feel at home. I've been going to him for years and he is outstanding. His staff is most efficient in their ability to care for the patients. Always a good experience.

Dr Winegar has an exceptional combination of technical proficiency and caring attitude. All in the office are friendly and efficient. We are long term patients, and recommend regularly - you can't go wrong.

Dr Winegar is professional and does excellent work. I had an extensive lower bridge done. He and his staff were always courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr Winegar.

A broken jaw had ruined most my teeth and i needed immediate dentures. I shopped around alot before i found Dr. Winegar. He made me very comfortable immediate dentures that look amazing and work very well.

Surprisingly awful experience, especially after three years of positive service. Emergency call went unanswered (requiring a follow-up to get a response). No show on the day of the appointment (left after 40 minutes). Receptionist argumentative and accusatory. Very surprising, unprofessional experience. Won't go back, won't have my family go back.

I was a patient for 15 years fantastic dentist kept a great smile on my face I called one day to set up a drill and fill they said he was referring all that type of work out they had over the years worked with me on payments but will no longer I feel that the new referral program and no payments was an easy way to say I was no longer welcome as a patient there. It is really to bad I need the help and he is among the best there is in the dental field and I will miss his services. You won't find better
