Founder Dr. Lori Trost wants to create future generations who live without fear of the dentist. With over 30 years of experience, she has helped thousands of patients improve their smiles and regain their confidence while experiencing the very best care.
She received her dental degree from Southern Illinois University, School of Medicine before creating a successful restorative and preventive-based practice in the Greater St. Louis area that is known for delivering excellent patient care. As an accomplished dental educator, key opinion leader, and clinical evaluator for innovative dental products, Dr. Trost has first exposure to many breaking technologies which she incorporates into her patient-centered care.
Away from the office you can find Dr. Trost watching her secret indulgence of Fixer Upper, playing piano, reading a great history book, watching the Cardinals or traveling with her husband and children.

I'm giving Trost Dental 5 stars! Before I even got in the building they were so nice and helpful on the phone. Between the hygienist, Megan and Dr. Trost I learned more there than in my 30 years of going to the dentist. They are so informative and take the time to explain things. It was the most pleasant experience I've ever had. It was also so clean and beautiful inside. I can't wait till my next cleaning. Thank you Trost Dental!

Dr. Trust and her team are absolutely amazing! I have never enjoyed going to the dentist for any reason! I absolutely love going to the dentist now! I love Dr. Trost and her team! They have completely changed my perspective on dentists and I now have a healthy mouth and good looking smile because of Dr. Trost! Thank you guys so much! You have a forever patient here!

It was Very easy to make an appointment. Very professional and understanding receptionist. Paige (hope that is correct) was very kind and understanding and Dr. Trost made me feel Very comfortable and explained the GAME PLAN . Over all made me feel completely comfortable about calling them . My confidence will be back after getting my oral health back. The treatment plan we have is simple cant wait to go back thank you so very much .

Dr. Trost has been taking care of my teeth since I was a child. I moved away for work a few years ago and saw several dentists during that time--none of whom came close to the level of care or professionalism that I've received from Dr. Trost and her team. I recently moved back to town and the first thing I did was book an appointment to see her at her new office. The space is clean and inviting and her staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Trost quickly got down to business and was able to go in and fix work that previous dentists had done not only faster than they did, but more comfortably! I actually look forward to going back in 6 months for my next cleaning :)

I had a dentist for many years so I was a little nervous with the change. I needn't have worried! Dr. Trost is super nice, professional and meticulous in her work. Her staff friendly and very accommodating. Now I plan to be a patient of hers for many years.
