I have been going to Dr. Goranov for many years. He is a great dentist and always works hard to save a tooth if possible. Szjenya (sorry about the spelling) does my cleanings - she's the best!

I've been going to Dr Goranov for about 6 years. I started when I needed a second opinion saying I needed a full set of crowns. I did go ahead with the crowns and am extremely pleased with the results and continually get compliments. He was very meticulous, explaining every step, the staff was friendly and easy going and able to work around my schedule. I was even able to reach him on a weekend for an issue with a temporary crown and the after care is great. I would strongly recommend him for crowns and any general dentistry.

Tried to recement a bridge. Used the wrong material and did a poor job. I came out in less than a week. He refused to fix it without extra cost.

Dr Goronov and his staff are absolutely wonderful, caring and knowledgeable people. They treat their patients like family. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but they make it a comfortable experience.

I've been going to Dr Goranov for many years and I am very happy to have found him. He is absolutely the best dentist I've had and his staff is just as impressive. I recommend him to everyone I know.

lady at the front desk is a problem. she just ran my card while we were still discussing the charges which were a lot higher than expected. and she didn't even wait for me to sign. they never told me the cost of this deep cleaning was $1000 which is well on the high side for scaling. i like the doc and the hygienist though, both very competent and professional. but the lady at the front desk is a problem. charging my card without a signature while i'm still verifying and discussing the charges is not right, not even legal possibly. Also she told me it was fine when i asked to cancel appointments but didn't tell me until afterwards that she'd still have to charge me. i could have made it to those appointments if i knew it was too late to cancel. they've abused my wallet too many times now mostly due to lack of communication, from the lady at the front desk. but also they're prices are not great and that's a primary factor in choosing a dentist. i'll get my x-rays from them and go elsewhere.

I have been a client Since 2014. The doctor is very professional, and very likable, so that you do feel comfortable and not nervous while you're having any sort of procedure done. His staff are top notch, between the front desk the hygienist his assistant everyone are amazing. You could not ask for a better dentist

I actually enjoy going to Tropic Dental. How many people feel the same way about going to their dentists? Everyone, who works there, maintains a constant level of excellence. The care begins at the front desk. Nancy is extremely knowledgeable concerning appointments, billing, and most importantly, working with people's insurance companies to get the maximum benefits allowed to them. Dr.Goranov is an undeniably consummate expert in his field and is driven by a total commitment to all of his patients. Joanne, the dental assistant, is a perfect complement to Dr. Goranov's methods of dentistry. The dental hygienist is wonderful, as well. The office runs efficiently, professionally, and seamlessly. I am continually indebted and thankful for the level of excellence I personally receive every time I come in for an appointment, call with questions and/or concerns, or have a procedure done. I feel like I'm going to visit friends and the byproduct is that I get all of my dental needs met at the same time! I wholeheartedly recommend Tropic Dental for all of your dental needs. Thank you Dr. Goranov and staff.

Dr Goronov and his staff are wonderful. They treat their patients with patience and kindness. (Especially the chickens!! All the staff is professional and they work around your schedule. Love the office
