I was very fortunate to find Trophy Smiles. Not only is it in walking distance from where I live, but it is also a pleasant environment. The staff are friendly and the service is very professional.

The entire staff made my experience EXCELLENT. They gave me very helpful advice. Alsi, the techs and dentist were gentle and understanding. Front desk staff was also helpful with scheduling. Thank you TROPHY SMILES OF DURHAM!!

Dr. Reynolds has been my dentist for years. He's ALWAYS been very professional, forth coming in communicating my treatment, that I can comprehend it, passionate about his craft, and truly caring for his patients. His staff is as well as delightful as he. With such great care he's given me, my whole is in his care. Thank you Dr. Reynolds for ALL that you do.

Very nice folks. They didn't talk about my teeth problems like the other dentist did. He was a white dentist and highly rude....but this dentist here at trophy smiles was so nice and friendly . I'd recommend them to others.

This was a great visit, everyone was nice and everyone knew what they was doing. I came to get my braces off and there was no pain at all even during the procedure and after the procedure they was very professional and I would only choose them.

Dr. Reynolds as well as his staff are all Just Blazing and Amazing! From the moment I entered the office, I was greeted and treated with such Professionalism! They were just as Personable! They have a WINNING team! All of the procedures were explained as well as the insurance stuff. The Front Office person guided me through everything! It actually felt like family! If you're looking for a Dental home, then look no further than Trophy Smiles! You'll see!

Dentist was very rough with cleaning and filling did more damage to my teeth than fixed it.Did not provide good cleaning was acting as if he had to rush being it was getting close to the end of the day even though he was running behind 45min before getting me in the chair.He understands that he is rough but does not change.

DENTAL EMERGENCY. New patient. Given appointment IMMEDIATELY. I am SEVERELY DENTAL PHOBIC + I have ASPERGERS SYNDROME Dr. Renoylds di everything he could to calm my fears He was so compassionate. Took the time to work with me (2 1/2 hours +) though other patients waiting he did not rush. Dr. Renoylds worked tirelessly to complete the job. Will return on June 1, for more extractions then.... LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEW SMILE!!!! Thank You, Dr. Renoylds & Staff
