They where really friendly and fast. If I had any questions they answered them all and if i didn't understand them they were happy to further explain it to me. They seem really laidback and great communication amongst the team and doctor.

I am so glad to join Tropea. Everyone is so friendly. I am scheduled with the same hygienist (sweet Adelia). They are super organized and they look truly happy to work there. The dentist is so personable and makes you feel comfortable. All my family switched to them and loved it. Thx Tropea!

Great experience! Great staff and Dr. Monford is friendly and personable. I had my tooth extracted and I advised her staff as well as Dr. Monford that I am Terrified of needles & the dentist. They made me very comfortable with a warm blanket and put the TV on a great Netflix movie to help me relax while my numbing medicine took effect. This was the easiest dentist experience I've had as an Adult. She managed my pain really well and gave clear instructions. I have already referred a friend. Thanks for working me in your schedule today and for the excellent service. Mrs.Cuthbert

First, they could not find my appointment this morning and they didn't cancel the one I made later this month. Front desk said "this happens a lot" and took me in. This happens a lot and you are not fixing the problem? How can you function as a business? Then, the dentist said all is good which is not, but have to get me out and attend to patients whose app is actually scheduled. This will not work out for me. Time to look for another dentist!
