My visit went extremely well. All the employees where very professional and knowledgeable. It was my first visit and I was nervous but Monica made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend Tri state to any person looking for dental work.

I think Dr. Sadrinia and his staff, Angel, Lisa Rhonda, Sanvon are the best! Professional, personal and compassionate to the care and comfort of their patients.

I hate the dentist, but they made me comfortable. I had a lot of surgery and I am still happy with them. They went out of their way to make sure I am doing well post op. I will not go to another dentist

First just let me say I normally don't take the time to write reviews but this needed to be addressed. I initially went to the Mall Road Dental Center after developing a pain in my tooth. I read online it was same day service and needed this as I am going back to work from maternity leave soon and cannot take time off a new job for a dental appointment right off the bat. Got to the office where a sign was on the door saying "If this location is closed please visit Dental Implants in Crescent Springs for immediate needs." So I did. Got to the office where I was told I needed an appointment to be seen. Explained that I just came from the Florence location and have severe tooth pain, but still needed an appointment. Fine. So next day appointment. So I am thinking that during this appointment my tooth pain would be addressed. Go in, get x-rays, talk to Dr. expressing my tooth pain. Get taken to the back office where the finance manager starts discussing next appointment to fix tooth. I then got frustrated, asked why their urgent care in Florence was closed and told me to come here if they won't fix issues same day, and just asked if there was a urgent care dental nearby I could go to for fixing tooth because I cannot keep making appointments, nor dealing with the pain, to which she went and talked to the Dr. and put me back in the room to have it filled. Was told the Florence location is closed for 3 months because the Dr. that services there went back home to visit family. Both Dr. and assistant were rude and acted irritated that I was asking to have this fixed. The filling process took THREE HOURS, not to mention already being there an hour for initial appointment. Two hours in I asked to use the restroom to which I got "You should have went before we started." Well two hours ago I didn't need to. After all was said and done finance manager finally hit me with numbers, and even with insurance due to the filling they used and process it was almost $400. Thankfully I was able to set up a payment plan, but had I known this beforehand I would have just went somewhere else. The worst part? Two weeks later, tooth pain still there, and now with the fillings I can't eat on that side of my mouth because it hurts to chew. Now I get to find a new dentist, pay more out of pocket, try to find something on a weekend were I won't miss work at a new job, just to fix the first mess up on my teeth. Staff was overall rude the entire time, and the whole process was just messy.

I fell off a scooter and broke my front tooth last week and had a AWFUL experience with the first dentist office I contacted. I ended up scheduling at Tri-State Dental on Monday and was able to get in by Wednesday. The receptionist I booked the appointment with and spoke with when I got there was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. She felt the distress in my voice and seemed to genuinely care. Alexis took my x-rays and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and got a cosmetic fixed before they could do the root canal. Every single person I came in to contact with was very nice, respectful and so helpful. I was literally miserable and stressed out that my FRONT tooth was knocked out but because of Tri-State Dental I got my smile back and have my permanent fix scheduled to be completed within the next month. Best dental experience I've ever had! Thank you guys!

Not satisfied at all. It took over 30 minutes just to be seen by the dentist. I had a 12:00 appointment, was seen at 12:45, and did not have the procedure start until after 1:15. This is unacceptable service.

Things were taken care of quickly and professionally. As someone who is very phobic of dental work they were very kind and nonjudgmental. Payment and paperwork was clear and to the point. Highly recommended for those without insurance that don't want to deal with cheaper clinics.

Well first off I would like to say this is a great dentist. I've been coming here 20 plus years to this place when I say 5 stars it's for a reason a clean environment. The staff or very courteous. I had to get a lot done and when I say the office Manager Lisa made me feel so relaxed and comfortable she had everything on point so my experience was amazing. Lisa was very professional as a Manager should be. Also when I say there is no I in team I mean the others of the dental team jump right in Kristen and Sheri handle their part great as well. This was a long experience the work I had to get done so it was a 2-week process. I also love how Nicole took over things in assisting things before Dr.Jay Sadrinia was ready for me she had everything on point Nicole didn't miss a beat. This place is no joke they cater to your needs on every level to make sure your experience is amazing. I would like to say thank you to all.
