I thoroughly researched and used the Google reviews to choose this office. After the first time, I was extremely under impressed but I thought I would give it one last try, and my second experience was worse than the first. I honestly don't understand the positive reviews. Hygienist constantly complains about how tired she is. She laughed at my records stating I listed tetracycline as an allergy, which I did not. Equipment didn't appear clean. Dentist spoke with the hygienist, not me. On 2nd visit, did not greet me or acknowledge my presence for at least the first 5 minutes he was in the exam room, or ask if I had any questions. Receptionists were discussing work life the entire time I was in the waiting room, including wages (or lack of). Very unprofessional. I'm just really unimpressed. I have changed providers and choose not to return. This office needs basic lessons in providing professional services.

Dr.Galloway and his team do a wonderful job.They are friendly and take all your stress away. I will not go to any other dentist again.

Dr. Galloway, and his amazing team, have filled me with so much hope and joy. I went to him with many issues, overwhelmed at all that needs to be done. They came up with a comprehensive Active Plan, and explained each step to me. They are kind, funny, and compassionate. I am so excited for my future, and my smile! Go see them. They're wonderful!

I met Dr. Galloway when looking for a second opinion after an accident that resulted in a missing front tooth. Dr. Galloway and his staff not only fit me in quickly, but they worked with me to find an affordable option to replace my missing tooth and restore my smile. Everyone from start to finish has been wonderful, and I couldn't be happier with my care! If you're looking for a great dentist to provide compassionate care with an enthusiastic staff, Dr. Galloway is it!

Absolutely the best Dental care team ever. I was seen an hour after I called for a dental emergency. The Galloway Team came in on a day they were closed to to take care of me.They were professional, and sensitive to my fears. I left the office in no time at all with a new crown and my years of anxiety have been squashed. Best Dentist in Nampa. Welcoming and friendly atmosphere. On top of it all.

I have never liked being in the dentist chair, but Dr. Galloway and his team always make it great. He takes the time to actually talk to you and treat you like family. His entire staff is very warm and friendly, and I'm not afraid to go to the dentist anymore!

Would not want to go anywhere else. I have a horrible fear of dentist. Had to get wisdom teeth pulled. Almost chickened out. Dr. Galloway and Judy spent 45 mins making me feel comfortable. What should have been maybe an hour long appt took over 2 hours. But my wisdom teeth are out and I am beyond grateful! And I know nobody else would have taken their time with me like they did. Definitely going to go back for all mine and my family's dental needs.

well i visited Galloway dental he did some work on my teeth and we talked about further work .I was really excited about having my teeth fixed .this was 6 months ago ive called and now I feel like he doesn't want my case bummer ill have to see someone else
