Dr. Barsanti grew up on Californias North Coast and graduated summa cum laude from Humboldt State University before attending UCLA and graduating magna cum laude with her dental degree. Since the beginning of her dental career, Dr. Barsantis focus has been on educating patients and on giving back to the community by spending time at community health fairs and mobile clinics that treat the underserved. She has received special recognition in public health dentistry, periodontics, implant dentistry, orofacial pain, removable prosthodontics, operative dentistry, oral and maxillofacial pathology, and more. Her mission is to provide quality, gentle care for the entire family by educating and empowering her patients to achieve optimal dental health for a lifetime.
Dr. Barsanti enjoys practicing in Humboldt County and loves welcoming new patients, as well as the longtime patients of Dr. Ronald Barsanti her father-in-law who established the practice back in 1968 and who is now retired. She is a member of a variety of important associations, including:

Once again Doctor Barsanti did a great job. It is not just about how good of a dentist she is. She runs a program like no other. We have very few dentist in this county. Doctor Barsanti has created a team that results in her being about to treat as many patients as possible each day. She focuses on education and prevention like no dentist that I have ever met. The Barsanti Dental Office is absolutely top notch! The dentistry itself is very well done, the staff is very helpful and attentive, and the equipment is absolutely up date. They can even make their own crowns, something I haven't seen in any other dental office.

I had a piece of my front tooth chip off. Dr. Barsanti did evaluation, found my bottom tooth was hitting it. She was able to repair my tooth like new! I couldn't be happier. She and her staff are professional and do such a great job.

I moved to Blue Lake in 2020 and I love it here. The fact that is it not easy to find a Doctor or Dentist did not worry me too much so long as I did find providers. My Nurse Practitioner at Mad River Hospital is wonderful and finding Dr. Barsanti was fantastic. She and her staff are very friendly and top notch in the practice. I was extremely impressed also with the state of the art facility far beyond any expectations I could have. Best of all at age 68, and from a family of denture wearers, I can keep all my teeth. I am a very happy guy.

Highly recommend! I've been a client/patient here for nearly 20 years, and have always been treated with the highest level of care and professionalism. Dr. Trish and her staff make sure your comfort is of utmost importance. No more temporary crowns while you wait for the permanent crown to arrive; they have the 3D printing technology that makes them on-site in less than an hour, and you get it installed in the same visit, so no more temporary crowns until your new one arrives.

All my family members go to Barsanti Dental including my 19 month old that started going at 1 year. They are very engaging with her and make it fun so that she becomes comfortable going to the dentist. Definitely recommend Barsanti for the entire family!!

Took me back shortly after my arrival. Her assistant asked if I had any questions about my treatment, I did not. I did tell her about some sensitivity when brushing and I told Dr Barsanti when she came in. It was in the same general area that the fillings were that were being done. She poked around and found a possible gum infection starting so while I was numb anyway, she cleaned the area thoroughly and when she was done with the fillings, she applied a topical antibiotic. She said let's go that route 1st before prescribing oral antibiotics. I appreciate that since taking antibiotics too often creates a resistance down the road. She also used a sort of mouth guard to hold my mouth open and keep my tongue out of the way. It also was a suction tool. Pretty nifty, took care of 3 things at once! I really like this office. I feel like I've spent a good portion of my life in a dentist chair and this is by far, my best experience ever!

I was with Barsanti for several years and have just changed to a different dentist. Dr. Barsanti and the hygienists generally do a good job. However, I often felt like they wanted me to get more work done than absolutely necessary (which can result in higher out-of-pocket costs). And if I ever voiced any hesitation in going ahead with or suggested postponing a treatment, the response was very 'well it is your choice BUT...' followed by layers of pressure to go ahead with it. I also once had a hygienist skip some of the cleaning steps because she was new and running behind schedule. She asked me if it was ok and didn't tell the front staff (so I still paid for a full cleaning). I was a little annoyed but also felt really bad for her stressful work situation. I've never been impressed with communication with their administrative staff. Selena was terrible to deal with, super snarky and condescending. Most recently I've struggled to reach a person by phone and don't get call-backs. I tried to call and cancel my next appointment since I'll be trying a different dentist. When I finally got through to someone they said 'we already cancelled all of your appointments when you requested a records transfer'. Seems to me that should be communicated to the patient. And it made no sense because I made the records-transfer-request in-person at the exact same time that I scheduled my next appointment. Going to Barsanti likely means you'll get good dental care, but you may have to pay for a lot of extras and if you ever have concerns be prepared to deal with snarky non-communicative administrative staff.

We have gone to Dr.Barsanti for many years. We started with her father in law and continued with Dr.Trish Barsanti when he retired. I can't say enough about the excellent care we have received. Our teeth are in top condition. The educational concepts and cutting edge equipment make it a joy to come to the office. Everyone is very professional and kind. I have never felt so confident in my dental care.
