I was in tremendous pain and called seeking relief. I was seen that day and the front desk ( Alexis) was professional, friendly, accommodating and KIND. Dr Trippel explained everything to me patiently and clearly and did not require me to endure extra x rays and instead, went the extra mile to obtain my current x rays from my current dentist. He extracted my painful tooth with the help of his amazing assistant Roxanne, and I had relief within 30 minutes. I found the practice to be very clean, the staff very friendly and most importantly, my doctor, Dr Trippel, to be so kind and talented - he even called himself that night to make sure I had taken my antibiotic and to see if I was ok. I will be having more implants and extractions in the future and Dr Trippel will be my doctor forever!

Dr Trippel pulled a few of my teeth about 7 years ago which he did a great job .So I requested my dentist send referral to Dr Trippel when i needed my canine which was chipped pulled. It was a difficult removal because the root of my tooth as extremely long that almost reached my sinuses and my regular dentist was uncomfortable doing the removal himself. Dr Trippel did a great job and i was comfortable through out the entire procedure and I highly recommend him

Dr.Trippel was so sweet and professional, He even joked with me to help me relax with the numbing injections. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a amazing oral surgeon. The Office Staff is also top notch and always so helpful.

FINANCIAL NIGHTMARE. $8,000 just for ONE tooth. Done by Dr. Douglas Trippel, DDS. The first implant failed and second one was placed too high and outward. I found out that my gums around implant were infected at another dentist. I had spent almost $3,700 just for a post $2,000 for a crown but the crown was wasted due to the failure of the first implant post. I have to spend $2,000 more for placing a crown. I complained but no response. They had tried to collect a fee ($140) that never been done. Dates and information of dental record were wrong.

I want to start by saying Dr. Trippel himself was wonderful, knowledgeable, and I'm sure he would have done a good job. But because of his office staff, I never got to find out. Long story short- their communication was absolutely horrendous. Because of them I missed my appointment and ended up having to find a new surgeon and reschedule my surgery with 1 week left before I moved across the country.
