I couldn't ask for a better dental experience then with Dr.Daniel and her staff. I have been to other chain dental offices and just treated as a number. She is so caring and genuine in how she treats her patients. The same goes for all of her staff. Best dental office ever!

I am happy to write of my experience with Dr. Jincy Daniel and her staff, at Trinity Village Dental, who took such good care of me during my recent dental emergency. Dr. Daniel's staff assisted me to obtain a timely appointment, and I was evaluated, diagnosed, and began treatment by Dr. Daniel who further recommended me to an endodontist. Dr. Daniel correctly assessed that it was critical that I receive additional treatment and she was proactive knowing that things could possibly worsen over the weekend. Lisa, a staff member from Trinity Village Dental, called me the following work day to see how I was doing. When I reported to her that I secured the earliest available appointment the endodontist's office staff offered (which was still more than two weeks away), and that I was in pain, she called the endodontist's office and was able to obtain a same-day appointment for me. The endodontist reviewed CT scans to determine the source of my pain, prescribed additional antibiotics and referred me to an oral surgeon to remove a failed root canal I received years ago in a different state. By then my left jaw was swollen. The surgeon's office gave me an appointment, which was more than a month from the onset of my emergency. Things were going down hill. I was not doing well. I called Trinity Village Dental and explained my dire situation. Lisa updated Dr. Daniel on my condition and contacted the surgeon's office. I was seen by the surgeon that same day. Within twenty-four hours the swelling subsided significantly, and I was on a healing trajectory. Trinity Village Dental, through the highly professional work of Dr. Jincy Daniel and her outstanding staff epitomizes the best in dental care, patient follow-up, advocacy, and crisis management. Thank you Dr. Daniel, Lisa, and the entire staff. You are exceptional at what you do, and you made a great difference in my life.

One of the best experiences I've had at the dentist. From the moment you walk in the office your greeted warmly, very friendly and genuine! Not long wait time at all. All the staff knows what they are doing and are friendly. Dr. A was amazing !!

After a number of bad experiences over the years I had anxiety with visiting dentists. I'm so glad I came across this one. There is no pressure here. The staff are all super friendly and they worked with me to get full use out of my plan benefits. I never felt like they suggested any work that wasn't necessary. After a while I looked forward to my visits to get closer to completing my treatment plan and having done that today I can fully endorse this practice and Dr. Anand. If you're someone who's had negative experiences with dentists please give Trinity Village a chance. I can attest to their professionalism and care.

I don't often write online reviews, but this time is an absolute must. Dr. Jincy Daniel is an incredibly talented and caring dentist, and I am, quite frankly, stunned by the level of service I've received at Trinity Village Dental. After grinding and clenching one side of my mouth for over six years, Dr. Daniel took the time to listen and ask questions, helping me to identify the cause - a bridge that had left a small gap between my top and bottom molars. Clenching was my attempt to close that gap. She was able to fill the gap, my bite is now perfect, and the clenching immediately stopped, along with the daily jaw pain. It's rare to find a professional that not only is precise in their expertise, but also is a patient listener and problem solver. "Grateful" doesn't begin to express how I feel.

Dr Daniel is by far one of the best Dentists I have ever encounter. I have been her patient for 9 years now. She takes her time and explains everything in great detail. She is never in a rush and always has time for questions. I am a very nervous and anxious person when it comes to my teeth and she does everything that she can to calm and reassure me. All of her staff are equally as kind as she is. From the young ladies at the desk to the assistants and hygienist. Dr Daniel has been a blessing!

From the moment you walk into this office, you realize the level of patient care you're in store for. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful as were the dental assistants and Dr. Daniel has to be one of the best dentists (if not the best) I have been to. During my exam, she took her time explaining to me any issues that needed to be addressed, answered any questions and was very friendly and personable the whole time. I am looking forward to my follow up treatments and would HIGHLY recommend this dental office to anyone seeking professional, friendly and personalized dental care.

I am always terrified to go to the dentist, but everyone was so nice and made sure I was comfortable. They were incredibly thorough and really took the time with me to explain the type of dental work I needed and why. Many times at other dentists I felt like they were just pushing expensive dental work on me that was unnecessary and ignored my concerns, but the dentist here went over everything with me personally and everything made sense - it was reasonable and affordable. They answered all of my questions, addressed all my concerns, and were so professional. I highly recommend this dental practice.

This is one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. This practice has an outstanding staff, from the front desk to the dental services. Dr A is a true professional who does her job perfectly. I dreaded getting a crown, but her professionalism made it a positive experience. And Tachara is a great dental assistant who made the experience painless (relatively so) and did such a great job. Thank you all for finally providing a dental experience that was not full of mediocre work, unnecessary pain, and at a reasonable cost. Outstanding.

Simply put, in my opinion, there isnt a better dentist practice to visit. Having many dentists over the years, having moved to different parts of the country, this practice is exceptional. I have recommended Trinity Village Dental to family and friends, all of them are pleasantly surprised that it meets the high praise I give. Dr. Daniel's will sincerely make you feel comfortable and important, thats because she truly cares about her patients. For those, like my sister and I, who fear dentist appointments, there isnt a better dentist to visit. It is amazing to me the detail and quality of care I receive vs. dentist in the past. I wouldn't change dentists even for free dental care. You will be happy as a patient of Dr. Daniels.
