I can not say enough GREAT things about our experience with Dr. Kovach! The office staff is amazing, professional, and have great attitudes. The assistants were extremely friendly and kind. Dr Kovach himself, was over the top with his care and attentiveness. The payment process just sealed the deal for us. They were able to work with us to get my son in very quickly. I would rate this with 10 stars if I could! Thank you very much to all of the Trinity River staff! Know you are appreciated very much! No one usually looks forward to seeing the oral surgeon again, but with a crew like this, I can say we can't wait to see you guys again!

Dr. Kovach is a wonderful oral surgeon -- he makes you feel at ease and as comfortable as one can be while presenting for procedures that provoke anxiety with most of us. He is careful to explain the process every step of the way, and gives plenty of time to ask questions; he and his entire Team are professional and caring. A very BIG THANK YOU and much gratitude for taking expert care of me and guiding me through my implant process.

This oral surgeon is out of network with my plan. But I still choose to use them because they have the most care. Friendly staff ,works like a well oil machine they never skip a beat they work wonderful as a team and I am above and beyond happy with the service they provide.

Dr Kovach and his team are the best! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. We have had wisdom teeth extracted and now 2 molars. One of the things my daughter likes most is he takes the time to talk with her and lets her choose her options for the surgery. He then follows up personally to make sure things are smooth. DR Kovach is the best. I had a dental emergency in late March that necessitated having a significant portion of my jaw removed. Dr Kovach was able to save enough of my jaw to allow for the possibility of a bone graft in the future that could restore my jaw. He's even advocating for me with the hospital. The operation wouldn't even happen if he wasn't wholeheartedly doing his best for me. You couldn't be in better hands than his. Edit: Its October 22. Covid has obviously had a negative effect on many many things and it certainly slowed the process down for Dr Kovach and me, nevertheless he was able to perform the bone graft yesterday and it went very well. I'm looking forward to posting the picture when all the healing is done. What happened to me was something I wouldn't wish on anyone, nevertheless I don't believe anyone could have done a better job for me then Dr Kovach and he has an extremely kind and efficient staff of caring people working for him.

I'm a new patient of Dr. Kovach and staff at Trinity River Oral Surgery. I am 64 and had a cracked wisdom tooth which was causing some pain. Dr. Kovach and his staff performed an extraction which gave me relief. There was little post op pain. I found his education and expertise very impressive and my sore jaw was the happy recipient of that. From my appointment to my follow up care, everything was most professional. I heartily recommend Trinity River Oral Surgery. In fact, I'm thinking about having my other wisdom tooth removed and I'll return to have Dr. Kovach do that. Gratefully, Blair C.

Dr. Kovach and the staff have been super helpful in this process of having my wisdom teeth and other teeth removed. I am very please with this office. Would definitely recommend them to others if you are needing any oral surgery! The office is also always very clean!

Two star because I had my wisdom teeth removed and the process was very nice. The staff were all very good. However the billing process is a nightmare! I was given a price for services and the price was discounted at 20% off. I paid every amount asked of me including paying in full on the day of surgery. Several weeks later I begin receiving a bill for the amount that was originally discounted. I have called and talked with them about what happened. They are refusing to correct the issue and continuing to send me bill after bill. On top of all this they would not bill my medical insurance for the wisdom teeth removal. Stating that they will only bill the dental insurance. While my dental insurance states that the surgery portion will be covered under medical insurance. Frustrating to say the least because I believe they are good people.

My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted last Friday and everything went flawless. Dr. Kovacs bedside manner was great and the staff is very professional and efficient. He called that evening to check up on Maddy. Over all i couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Kovac and his staff for any oral surgery needs.

Very good people. My daughter had wisdom teeth surgically removed while away at school. Upon returning home for the holidays, she had some pain. Dr. Kovach was kind enough to see her on on short notice, on a holiday...and she wasn't even his patient! Beautiful facility and great people. Highly recommended.

My first experience with this fantastic place started when I called to set up an appointment. Lydia was SO helpful getting me set up for my consultation, and even scheduled me a tentative appointment for my surgery. When I arrived at the clinic, I was in awe over the beauty of the building itself (which I found out during checking-out that Dr. Kovach himself built it from the ground up!), walking inside was just as incredible to see; beautiful and clean! The receptionist welcomed me warmly and already had all of my paperwork ready to go so I could be seen immediately. When doing my x-rays, I was so happy to have a simple, non-invasive panoramic done, which took no time at all. Once Dr. Kovach came into the room, he was very straightforward and informative. He gave me options and gave his opinion on what he thought would be best for me. End of the line, checking out, was also a great experience, Lydia was patient, informative and helpful once more when setting my appointment in pen, and even offered to give me a call if any availability came up sooner! First visit, and I absolutely love this place and I will be coming back any time I need any dental surgical procedures done!

My experience here was very good!! Dr. Covack is a great Oral surgeon and his staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. What impressed me the most was Dr. Covack calling me on his personal cell at 8:30 the evening of my surgery. He wanted to make sure I was ok (I had a cracked molar removed) and if I had any questions or concerns. This showed me that he is personally invested in his patients and truly cares about their well being.

Dr. Kovach and his entire staff are very welcoming and professional. His office is new and beautifully done. I am in my 60's and was very anxious about having surgery to extract two of my wisdom teeth. It was a necessary procedure that I was dreading. Throughout all of my appointments, the consultation, the surgery and the follow up, he and his staff sought to explain the procedure and to reassure me. Everything could not have gone better. Dr. Kovach even called personally to check on me the evening of my surgery. I'm less than 2 weeks post surgery and feeling almost completely normal. I would and will highly recommend Dr. Todd Kovach!!!

I handed them my insurance card before I ever went into the Dentist office and they didnt run it until after the appointment was finished the dental insurance didn't cover so I ended up with $200 less to buy my kids something for Christmas thanks to all for helping a father of three go further into debt they still want $259 to extract a tooth that might become infected and kill me yes I wont be going back nor referring anyone else there and Perhaps it will kill me oh well guess I payed $200 to find out the same thing I already knew going in there the tooth needs to come out I was referred by another dentist who sent xrays with me they still took xrays and charged $100 This place is about making money not helping people all I needed was the tooth pulled didn't need the runaround and another 200 added to the bill ugh I can't win for loosing I took off a day of work for this so 330 down and still dealing with a bad tooth

Wow! Dr Kovach and his staff were great!! They explained everything so well and Dr Kovach is an awesome oral surgeon. I was comfortable through my treatment and recovery was easy. I highly recommend for extractions and implants.

The entire crew, start to finish, were great! I felt comfortable and professionally cared for down to the sunglasses and blanket. I hardly new the doctor was there! I hate dental work, but if I'm ever forced to hear the gentle words "tap tap" I'll be at Trinity River!

Was referred by a local dentist in Granbury to come here for wisdom teeth removal. They said they took my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield), gave me a quote, and then I had the surgery. After the surgery they sent a large bill which was not near what I was quoted. Then after having to call repeatedly to pry the truth out of them, they told me that they didn't take my insurance. Not mad about the money, mad about the lies.

The staff is very friendly and talk you through the process. They also call you after to make sure you are okay.
