In deciding a name for his business, Dr. Nelson wanted to incorporate the word Trinity because it represents the principles that his life and business are founded on; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spiritthe Trinity. Trinity Orthodontics practices under a fundamental scripture that hangs boldly in each office. You shall do whats right and good in the sight of the Lord from Deuteronomy 6:18. Dr. Bryan P. Nelson has been creating beautiful, outstanding smiles for his patients at Trinity Orthodontics for over 25 years. He incorporates his belief of treating people with love, kindness, and compassion in his practice, as outlined in the Bible. It is his philosophy to treat people first and their orthodontic problems second. He sets out each day, not only to create beautiful smiles, but to enhance his patients lives as well.
Dr. Nelson graduated from Carroll College in Helena, Montana, with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and chemistry. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1991 and his Master of Science degree in 1993 from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Nelson has been recognized by Invisalign as one of their prestigious Top 100 Providers in the world. He was also named a Top Dentist by 5280 Magazine from 2010 to 2014. He consistently incorporates new technology into his practice in order to improve quality and shorten the length of time patients have to be in braces. Dr. Nelson also utilizes Precision Bracket Placement to facilitate faster and more accurate tooth movement, shorten treatment time, decrease pain, and improve the quality of the final result. He is currently working on a number of patents to help further this goal.
Dr. Nelson has been happily married to Dr. Blanca Lares-Nelson, a general dentist/anesthesiologist, since 1991. She is the strength and source of love for their family. He is the proud father of his son, Kyan, and his daughter, Khiana. Both kids are daily reminders that miracles happen every day. They are great teachers that the best things in life are the simple things. Dr. Sabott is the President-elect of the American Board of Orthodontists (ABO) and a widely respected Orthodontist, known for his kind, gentle approach, and outstanding treatment results. He has been practicing orthodontics in the area since 2003, with offices in Boulder and Brighton. He recently sold his 4th Avenue Orthodontics practice in Brighton to Dr. Bryan Nelson and is now part of the Trinity Orthodontics family. Dr. Sabott will work alongside Dr. Nelson creating beautiful smiles for several years.
Third generation Coloradoan, Dr. Sabott has been married to Anne since 1975, and they have two grown sons. He was born in Pueblo, CO, where his ancestors settled in the late 1800s. Dr. Sabott has lived in the Boulder area for over 30 years and now resides in Erie, CO. He is a dedicated family man and enjoys reading, motorcycles, hiking, and skiing in his free time. CONTACT US

Before Trinity Orthodontics was bought out, we LOVED the care and service we got. I felt the staff and doctor took the time needed to understand what my kids' individual needs were. With the new ownership, it's anything but that. I can never schedule a convenient appointment, I think they are open only two days a week (?!?). For working parents this is a nightmare. They have had to scan my son numerous times for new retainers as he is still losing baby teeth. Because he cant be seen for 3+ weeks, by the time he's scanned there's a whole set of new problems. My son hates going, he thinks the assistant/hygienist is too rough. She pushed out one of his teeth and has zero patience or compassion for him when she stuffs his mouth full of the molding material. Im incredibly disappointed and would find a new orthodontist had I not paid for his care in advance. If he needs more than what I have paid for, we absolutely would not return to Trinity. For new patients, I would highly suggest you look for other options.

The people at Trinity Orthodontics are some of the most kind, empathetic, and passionate in their industry. Dr. Bryan and his staff host an incredibly welcoming, clean, and professional environment (while still maintaining those personal connections that matter most). I have been to many well-known dentist's offices in Colorado and I can assure you I have never received greater support anywhere else. They have a small, intimate office space that can be intimidating at first, but I assure you they will do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable and relaxed in their chair. If you are thinking about getting Invisalign (which is the treatment I attain at this office) I strongly recommend you seek out this wonderful group. They are well educated, will guide you through your options for payment, motivate you to continue and finish your treatment, and most importantly listen and attend to your concerns and questions. They make the process so easy for their clients no matter the service you're receiving, I would strongly recommend (and I have) to my family/friends/associates. I promise you will not be disappointed here and you'll be glad you paid them a visit.

Love, love, love this orthodontist! My 8 year old has invisaline and the doctors and staff are always so nice and understanding. They always manage to get us in to be seen if we have a problem! Would highly recommend!
