The staff are extremely nice in person. Yet it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to schedule an appointment. I can call several time for no one to pick up and leave voicemails that will get answered 2 weeks later. Yet now almost 2 months in and still waiting on making that appointment.

I came to this office on a groupon for an implant.. Was so happy and felt so comfortable from the minute they introduced themselves that I certainly didn't feel like a new client. She is further away from me than any other dentist but she is well worth the drive,I'll be staying!

My first interaction with Dr. Azalea was around 3 years ago when I had to have an emergency extraction. Within the hour I was at her office and out of pain. Words can't describe how well the whole Trinity Dental staff has treated me over these past 3 years. I was previously told by another dentist that I would have to have all of my teeth removed at the age of 20 years old. Over these past few years Dr. Azalea has since saved a large majority of them, and I can easily say is the reason that I have confidence when I smile to this day at age 24. These few words wrote about them here don't even begin to do their character/work justice. From providing a support structure for me that they didn't have to, creating a dental and payment plan for me and even as going as far as coming in on a holiday for an emergency appointment that I had only reached out the previous night for, they've done everything that I could ever ask for and more. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much Dr. Azalea, Lyuba and Mariana.

Can't say enough good things about Trinity Dental. The entire staff is so conscientious about my comfort and care. I need extensive dental work and they are willing to work out a payment plan convenient for both of us. Dr. Azalea is great at explaining my treatment plan and if/why it needs to be adjusted. I travel an hour to this office and they're worth it!

Dr. Azalea and her staff are the most professional and caring dental practice I have ever been too. It took over a year and 2 prior dentists before I found Trinity Dental. She actually listened to my concerns and didn't just brush me off like the other dentists did before. I never felt judged even when I knew my teeth were not in the best condition. Dr. Azalea always makes sure that you are comfortable throughout the procedures she performs. They are also very affordable if you don't have insurance! I could not recommend this dental practice enough. I will only go here now because I know that they will always do a great job!

THE BEST DENTIST I'VE EVER HAD!!!! If your like me then you know how hard it is to find a good dentist, because you yourself don't like getting work done on your teeth. I'm very sensitive when it comes to my teeth, I don't like pain, and I get very nervous at the dentist. Dr. Azalea always makes me comfortable and I have little to no pain when she works on my teeth. She talks me through what she's doing so I'm informed, and she's so encouraging through the hard parts. Now that may seem small to some, but when she's cheering me on like that it really put me at ease. This team goes above and beyond every time I come and they always keep me informed & up to date on what's covered by my insurance and my payment options. Everyone is very friendly, kind, and patient if your looking for a new dentist look no further you'll be well taken care of here. Never thought I'd say this but, I Love My Dental Team!!!

This place is incompetent as heck. Do not come here. They advertise offering certain services/ procedures on their own website then when you call to inquire about them they say they don't offer it. Makes no sense they would offer sedation dentistry on their website if that is untrue.

It had been a bit since my last dental appointment and coming here was a good experience. Everyone was friendly, and I was pleased with everything overall. Would recommend if you are looking for a cleaning.

Needed a cleaning so I scheduled my first appointment with Trinity in Lisle. I waited 50 minutes for the hygienist to come get me just to find out that they were only doing ex-rays. The dentist came in and told me that they have to "look at the teeth first" before deciding what kind of cleaning to do. I would then have to make another appointment to actually get the cleaning. The receptionist was supposed to tell me this over the phone and didn't. I waited almost an hour for a 5 minute appointment to not get what I needed. Unprofessional and unorganized.

Dr. Azalea has been my dentist for many years. I've had root canals and implants, and Dr Azalea has done a great job. She is the best dentist I have ever had. As wonderful as she is, her staff is also extremely professional and kind. For anyone who has a fear of going to the dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Azalea and her staff. They will not only make you feel comfortable, but you will leave with a beautiful smile.

My family switched to this office in September, due to our previous dental office no longer accepting the HMO plan we have. We were not due for our 6 month checkups for a few months, but my 10-year-old son needed to get a stubborn baby tooth removed, per the order of his Phase 1 orthodontist. So, he was the first one to be scheduled- which I don't normally do as I prefer to have either myself or my husband go to a new (non-pediatric) office before our children. He was a little nervous about getting the tooth pulled since it was not wiggly at all and he hadn't had any teeth pulled before. Prior to our arrival, I told him that I would be in the room with him to help him feel more comfortable. However, when they were ready to bring him to a room, I was told I could not go in with him. I was literally taken aback. I don't normally ask to go back, but since we were new to the office and he was nervous about the extraction, I wanted to. I asked why and they just stated that I was not allowed to come back. When they took him in, I sat on the couch STUNNED. After I gathered myself, I decided to ask again and the receptionist (who had a very rude demeanor) agreed to let me back to speak with the dentist. During the time that I was in shock in the waiting room, the dentist had looked at my son's tooth. She pulled me aside and explained that it was not a good idea to pull the tooth due to the area of the mouth that it is in, because it would be very painful. I was extremely confused by this since the orthodontist had ordered the removal and hadn't said anything about it being too difficult. I asked to see the tooth, and have her explain it to me, since I didn't understand what she saying. When the dentist pointed out the tooth, SHE POINTED TO THE WRONG ONE. I asked why she was pointing to that one and she said that it was the one my son had pointed to!!! What kind of dentist asks a CHILD to point to a tooth that needs to be PULLED, and on top of that she didn't even give him a mirror! Boy am I glad that I basically forced my way back there! To me, it was obvious as to which tooth needed to be pulled. So, I was completely shocked when she pointed to a different one! NOTE: When we first arrived, I informed them that I had forgotten to bring the referral paperwork from his orthodontist, and offered to have them fax it over, but they said they didn't need it. Apparently, they thought they could just ask my son! After I showed them the correct tooth, and contacted his ortho to get the referral paperwork faxed over, I was prepared to remain in the room during the procedure. But, the dentist pulled me aside again and said that she prefers to not have the parent in the room so that the child is more brave (???!!!). She also said that a child who needs their parent with them may need to consider going to a pediatric dentist! So many thoughts were going through my head at this point! I eventually gave in and left so that we could just get it over with since he needed it pulled before the next week and it takes a long time to get HMO PCD switched over. I felt only a little better after knowing that they were going to pull the correct one. I went outside and cried, since I was so overwhelmed, angry, and worried because they didn't seem to know what they were doing. I felt like a horrible mom for leaving him in there, but I was PRAYING that they wouldn't hurt him or mess anything up. After a few minutes, the dentist walked my son outside and saw me crying. She basically just said sorry and that it didn't take too long. I left, after paying out-of-pocket for the full cost of the procedure (no one had told me that it would not be covered by insurance since it was ordered by the ortho!) Needless to say, that was the one and only time we went there. I switched dentists asap. I would NOT recommend taking your children to this office!!!
