All of the dental work that I got here needs to be redone. I went to a different dentist after I was dismissed from this office because I had to cancel my appointments too many times due to my kids being sick. We've been in a pandemic and if my kids are sick and could possibly have covid then I can't send them to school until they've been tested. I was treated very rudely by the office staff because of this and was asked to leave my sick child with a friend or family member so I could still come in. There are several things wrong with that and coming from a medical office I would think they would know the reasons why - not only do I not have any family(no I'm not exaggerating and I explained this to them) but if I did that would potentially put them at risk of possibly getting sick from Covid and if I had been infected from my child and went into the office anyway then I could infect anyone in the office. So she told me that I could no longer be seen there anymore because I had to cancel so many times and that I could get my fillings and when I was there the last time and asked about appointments their final reason to dismiss me was they didn't take my insurance anymore. I called my insurance and told them and they said they are still taking my insurance so the staff lied to me. So I ended up finding a different dentist and went there recently to have X-rays and an exam. The dentist there told me that all of the dental work Dr Ty did at Trinity was subpar and three of the fillings needed to be redone and that the last one he did was never done right and needed to be fixed immediately. I can tell it isn't right because I can't chew over there very well and my canine teeth keep slamming together unevenly causing me pain. I have to pay out of pocket to get them fixed because my insurance won't cover the fillings again or I have to wait until next year. I would also like to note that when I was getting one of my fillings Dr Ty was talking to his hygienist about how the government was hiding cures for cancer via ivermectin but upon fact checking that myself it is utter nonsense. Anyone can Google it. He also went on to say that Justin Trudeau's father is Fidel Castro but the Canadian government is covering it up which is also completely inaccurate and a lie. This office should be avoided at all costs. Terrible dental work and terrible treatment of patients. They do not seem very "Christian"/very interested in compassion or facts.

So they might be understaffed right now, but there is no reason to be rude. I called to reschedule my son's appointment and they where very rude and short. I guess it's a good thing I will be looking for a new dentist since they aren't going to cover my son's insurance in January bc their custumer service sucks!!!!!!

In my opinion. I highly discourage coming here especially with little kids. I had to get my teeth relooked at and fixed by another dentist after getting work done here. Also I know it can happen and unfortunately it did to me, but my tooth was knicked and I addressed it in an email after realizing that's what happened and it was never acknowledged by anyone from the office.

Great place. Excellent staff. Polite and respectful. Love the negative reviews by ingnorant people who don't realize the having preexisting conditions might interfere with having a medical procedure done.

If i could give negative stars i would,....Dr. Tyrone Smith needs to get out of the profession, I am an lvad recipient and in need of a heart transplant, this guy refuses to work on my teeth and give me a clearance due to me needing the heart transplant in order for me to stay on the transplant list...because of him I've been temporarily taken off the transplant list,...at the time of the year even most transplants happen,... my cardiologist even said herself, that this guy needs to grow a set of cahunas....i am contacting news outlets and giving old Tyrone some free advertisement.

The staff at Trinity Dental is forthright and polite. Dr. Diehl and Dr. Smith are both kind and honest men. I have had fillings, cleanings, and will be fitted for a partial. The pricing is very fair and the work is excellent. Claims are filed quickly and the prepayment is fairly accurate +/- 5%. I had the fortune of experiencing Dr. Ty when he was at Aspen Dental in Fort Wayne, and I am glad to see he has his own practice now.

Had an appointment yesterday for my grandson @ 3:30. We checked in at 3:20. By 4:15 he still hadn't been called back. Apparently the lady checking people in got distracted & never checked him in. So needless to say, he wasn't seen & can't be seen again until March. Thanks for wasting our time & our gas for absolutely nothing.
