First time here and everyone was so knowledgeable and kind. Juanita helped me with payment arrangements and directed me to resources to help with my future visits. Nicole was just as kind and they were both a pleasure to speak with. Thank you ladies! Bless you.

Very disappointed for my first time coming here. I walked in there was no one at the front desk, waiting room was full and there were no seats left to sit. 10 min later someone finally shows up at the front desk and starts calling people up to the desk. I had to fill out paperwork standing up first off. It gets better! After waiting one hour i finally get called back, the assistant took my blood pressure didn't bother to tell me her name and just left. I then waited an additional 10 min and walked out. They did not realize i was gone until 12 min later!!! Did not bother to leave a voicemail either. You have to have your whole scheduled clear to come to this place.

It was my first time at Trinity Dental and Dr. McKee did a fantastic job. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He also explained to in detail about the procedure I needed to get done. The staff was very welcoming and friendly! Definitely going back!

Dont let the comfy couches ,and nice facilities fool you they paid for them somehow! First off I came 25 minutes before my appointment time to fill out new patient paperwork because i'm a good person and respect peoples time *wink wink* and wasnt seen until 30 minutes after my appointment time because 25 minutes after i told the receptionist i had somewhere to be and she miraculously got me in the chair in 5 minutes but thats neither here nor there and i understand dentist get busy. Once im in the chair my examination and xrays were done in a timely fashion maybe 10 or 15 minutes, but here comes the juicy part. For some odd reason i was sitting in the chair for 20-30 minutes wondering when my cleaning was going to happen (in hindsight it's probably because they were trying to figure out how to finagle me out all my hard earned money) only to be greeted by someone with a bill for a $600 cleaning. LOL! You read that correctly $600. When I refused that service I had to sit another 5 minutes before I was ever so kindly greeted with another $500 bill! Amazing right? These people must let being down the street from Fall Creek get to their heads. I kindly refused that service because it was ridiculous. And Im sure something shady was going on because they said my insurance says the cleaning has to be done on two separate days. (sounds like a surgery to me) Anyways this is a fair warning don't let these beautiful smiles and faces squeeze you out your money we are in a recession (2022) did they forget??? But overall decent experience the doctor was really informative and professional and all the staff was friendly and professional as well. Here are my teeth so yall dont think im a karen. (Update: Thanks for the timely reply, and I appreciate you for the response but while everything you said is probably true the dentist said my buildup is natural and happens to everyone so it seems to cancel out your profound medical terminology explanation. And the worst part is I was actually refused service because "if the doctor recommended the deep cleaning the hygienist wont do a regular cleaning" Respectfully I understand you run a business and you are in it to make money thanks)

I've been bring my family here for a while now and I am please to say recently has been the utmost best experience I've had yet. Nicole did an amazing job! She not only took her time with explaining her next step but her customer care is absolutely superb. She was definitely an assistant I would request for every visit , if you want your experience with to be as pleasant as ours because if there anyone who has dental anxiety it is me. Thank you trinity for making this experience worth it.

Trinity dental was the first Dental office where I can truly say the staff was amazing. The service was quick, the staff was very nice and professional! Trinity Dental will be my forever office, and I will definitely refer all my friend, family and coworkers.

Dr. McKee and his staff at Trinity dental has by far surpassed any other dentist experience. They explained everything in great detail & I felt no discomfort or pain. I came in for a basic check up, cleaning , & teeth whitening. The office is super clean, modern, & best experience I've had at a dentist in years. I set an appointment & within 5 mins of arriving I was already in the chair before I could fill out my paperwork. My pearly whites & I can safely say that we have found a new dentist that doesn't overcharge or cause pain. Excellent customer service , will be back soon. 12/10
