They will charge a fee if you cancel but they will cancel your appointment with less than 24 hour notice and think it's ok. Do yourself a favor find a company that values your time too.

I don't know who ran this office a few months back but I had no issues until now, they messed up my scheduled time and tried to change the appointment twice without calling me first about it and when making a new appointment they still messed that up and don't seem to know how to listen or communicate. A lady on the phone helped me reschedule once again and she was nice and more helpful than anyone I've ever spoken to in that office.

Untrustworthy. They gave me the wrong treatment plan pricing sheet. My treatment plan was proposed at $282.00. I ended paying $414.80 for the same work that was on the proposal sheet and still have a remaining balance of $21. The reception would not even take ownership over her mistake. All she would say is I don't know who did it. I know there's only 2 ladies and they sound very different. She gave me the proposal. While the hygienist was great, the dentist refused to clean after recommending a deep clean. They didn't mind billing the insurance for it, making it impossible to get a cleaning elsewhere until next year. I would not recommend this dental office due to inability to accurately provide pricing. Those prices are set with the insurance company and the dental office. There is no excuse to have receptionists not properly trained to pull those rates accurately. Not only was this experience horrible, now they sent me a bill 2 years later with statement says I paid the "entire amount" upon service. Insurances post their rates prior to the contract year so there's no excuse for miscalculations.

Best dental office! The most helpful and friendly staff! Dr. Lindsey answers all my questions and every time I need dental work he and his Dental assistant Yessenia make sure I am comfortable. Front desk always explains the treatment plans and go over pricing in a timely matter. The office and treatment rooms are spotless. This office has the whole package. Friendly staff, honest dentist, clean office.I would highly recommend this office!

This is the best dental center. Dr. Chase is very professional, explains everything that's going on & is very nice & has a warm personality. The personnel are all so very wonderful, like family. Brittany is very happy & really enjoys her work & shares clearly what all is happening. Ruben, took me into the room & got me all set. I like that he didn't mind talking, answering my questions. And Katie & Yessica are also very pleasant to encounter & work with, patient & giving explanations. These employees are all very good & I hope Trinity Dental will show appreciation as much as possible.

Love this place . My kids and I vist and they love it. Now I have my mom coming and then my sister and her kids are coming next . Great staff !! Family friendly

Love this place. The staff, hygienist and dentist made we feel like I was their only patient. Unfortunately I have to change dentist due to my insurance carrier or I would definitely stay. If you're looking for a dentist, check out Trinity Dental.

I had an amazing experience at trinity dental in Conroe. The staff is always so friendly and make me feel welcomed. Dr. Lindsay and his dental assistant Yesenia are super nice. They make sure you are comfortable throughout the whole dental procedure. The front desk Cedes and Yessica are super friendly and very helpful. They are also very helpful and answer any questions you might have. I would definitely recommend trinity dental in Conroe. This office makes you feel like family.

I have serious anxiety about going to the dentist and A LOT of dental work that needed fixing. My experiences at Trinity Dental in Conroe have been exceptional. The office staff is welcoming and professional. Dr. Lindsay & his hygenists always make me feel at ease & the quality of the dental work is by the far the best I've had. Highly recommend.

My wife came in to get a root canal and the doctor broke the file in her tooth and could not get it out. They said they were going to refund us for her visit but we finally had to dispute it with our bank a month later. Meanwhile I went in and got a cleaning and was told I needed a filling in my #12 molar. The tooth never hurt before and now it constantly hurts. I believe this doctor is a hack and needs to go back to training. I NEVER leave a review but I wanted to keep this from happening to others.

I've never been more comfortable sitting in the chair at a dentist! Everyone employed at Trinity Dental is truly sensational to work with. They are timely, knowledgeable, and friendly. I've recommended them to anyone if a dentist comes up in conversation and I'll continue to do so.
