Omg , the prices are crazy at this dental office, I went for a 6 Month clean, and they give me a treatment plan for work that I don't think I need, and wanted to charge me $800 for a dip cleaning. They don't even do the regular cleaning.. I left so disappointed and I have Insurance, and have no work done today.

I neeso much ded some serious work done and like now was in bad pain. I was able to make an appointment but was also told I could walkin in the morning to maybe get in. Everything went great got my exam and X-rays very good price and what was told what would need to be done and how much it would cost. Took meds waited 1hour and got started extracting my bad tooth than would x-ray again found more tooth worked and worked x-rayed one more time still a little more the dentist made sure he got everything no matter how long it takes to do it correctly than built bone up sewed it up and all is great. The nurses are so helpful the girls helped me with everything I needed to do and fun to be around. I give Trinity Dental a big thumbs up

the staff here are so kind, funny, and good spirited! they always remember me, and their work is always magnificent. i'm always excited to get my teeth ripped out here, which is not something i'd say about any dentist office.

I'm very disappointed in Trinity Dental Cleveland. My family has been going there for years but they have gone down hill. Over the summer my daughter had an appointment and they canceled it because they no longer had dentists at that clinic to treat her and we were sent to the Porter office. As for me, I went in for a cavity on my front tooth. The dentist did not seem to want to do any work on it. Instead I was given a long treatment plan of other issues that were not even bothering me. I was quoted near 11k with insurance for these things.....after speaking with insurance many of the things insurance did not cover were optional yet the dentist did not budge and would not change the treatment. I believe he is very money hungry. Please beware. With the knowledge I had I went back and explained what i wanted done. The dentist still insisted on other cleanings that cost 1k with insurance before doing the cavity or even an extraction of a broken tooth. I have been to many dentists before and never have I been bullied like this. I had something similar happen at this office before but luckily an older dentist there overheard and stepped in then said she would take care of it. She disregarded the original dentist and did the work immediately. I asked for this dentist today and unfortunately she had retired and there was no one else to help. I have gotten the care I need elsewhere now the same day without issue and at a much better price. I will not be returning to trinity dental and my family will no longer be patients there as well! I am very disappointed specifically in your current dentist. Please Beware

Dnt waste your time my daughter has had a appt for 6 months and every single time they call the day before saying the dr had to leave for this reason or that!! Twice we were there and they said he had to leave so always reshedule!!!reschedule!!!! She needs her wisdom teeth pulled but today they call and said that they had to get a new dentisit cause this one dnt have this or that knowing how long she has been waiting for the dentisit!!!! I will never come to this place ever again and wouldn't recommend one person to ever go to this place ever!!!!! Dnt waste your time there is plenty of other dentisit around town

I'm writing this for my husband. My husband took off work early for his dental appointment which was at 4:00. He was there exactly at 4:00. He was then told that they were busy and that they didn't get a chance to contact him and let him know that they had canceled his appointment. So instead of inconveniencing themselves and having returned patronage, they have chosen to inconvenience my husband and also caused him to lose about 2 hours of work maybe more because he might have had to work late this evening. This is a very bad way to do business and I would not recommend them to anyone now. He then came home and got mad at me because he didn't get to go to his dental appointment where she took off for. So I might not be returning to see them again either. I don't take poor customer service very lightly.

This office and the employees are amazing! Everyone is super sweet and it's always a smooth process. I've always dreaded dentist appointments due to over crowded waiting rooms and long hours of waiting to be seen but not here it's never crowded and as soon as we check in we are being seen. The ladies in the front are always busy but they are always on top of things and always helpful, the dental assistants are super sweet and caring my 6 year old actually loves coming to the dentist now and the dentist is one of the best in my opinion that any of my children have been seen by!!!! THANK YOU TRINITY DENTAL for your hard work and dedication to making a busy moms life alot easier when it comes to oral hygiene!

The staff are amazing and so sweet they always help with everything no problem is to big for them they are very gentle they have been seeing my daughter for 9yrs I love this place I definitely recommend for adults and especially children

I am very disappointed. I have gone to Trinity Dental in the past and it was a good experience. This time was totally different. My appointment was at 130p. They did not call me to the back until 215p and I arrived 20 minutes early in case I needed to fill out paperwork. I have leukemia and my oxygen desaturates in a mask, so I let them know. The dental assistant went to the manager and said she didn't think the doctor would see me without a mask. How much sense does that make when the dentist is physically up in your mouth anyway? The manager said it was fine. The dental assistant took me back and did x-rays. I'm sure she is a nice person, but when you do not look at people in the eyes when talking to them and speak to them when walking away from them or from behind them, it makes you feel very unimportant and more like just a number. They did nothing to personalize my experience or make me feel well taken care of. It ended up with the dentist coming in and asking me all the medical questions that I had already previously answered (in the paperwork that I arrived early for to fill out) and he did not even look in my mouth and said I needed to get a medical clearance signed from my doctor. By the time I left, it was 240p and all that was accomplished was paperwork, x-rays, and a paper for my doctor to sign. I left there with my tooth still aching, treated like a number, shuffled around like cattle, and felt like nobody really cared about my well being. I will be going elsewhere for my dental services from this day forward.

I have been going to this office since I was 16. Doctor Presley was the best dentist I've ever had. Since he left we haven't seen the same dentist twice, but every one of them are kind and caring. My kids aren't afraid of the dentist office at all because they know everyone here is nice and gentle. They love the play area too Couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Hey, I went to trinity dental 7 years ago. I really didn't like the dentist so I just never went back. Starting have a problem and my insurance coverage was slim pickins. But when I called to make the appointment low and behold a new dentist was there. I made my appointment and by-gally Dr Burton was absolutely dead on with personality, professionalism, gentleness and concern for your well-being, it was top notch. The staff she has working for her are so so kind, friendly and looked as if they enjoyed working for her. Enjoyed their job/career. That makes going to the dentist down right awesome. The whole experience was great, I truly enjoyed meeting these new people. They definitely work great as a team. I very much recommend Trinity Dental in Cleveland Tx. I'm going back in 2 weeks for more work and the start of them making my upper and lower partials. I'm looking forward to my future appointments. Now who can say that about a dentist?

My mom keeps having to go back to keep getting her partials / dentures fix's over and over again they cost a lot but are cheap made just have them fixed right before Thanksgiving now, have to go and get it worked on again getting sick of it either your dentures break in half from being cheap made or the teeth pops out being cheap made was eating a piece of popcorn chicken the other day and one of the teeth popped right out of the denture.
