The girl on the phone was sooo rude! She gave me attitude and was not helpful at alll!!

This was my first visit with this office, nice office and well kept. Although they are very money hungry. My insurance covered this office, and covered a cleaning 100%. After my one xray I was quoted $250 for a deep clean, or $100 for a gum cleaning and medicine for pocket issue...was told these were my only options, and told I had a mouth of cavities. After 40 years of cavity free this was alarming. I drove 45 minutes out of my way, for a second opinion to be told deep clean not necessary at all, and not a cavity in sight. This place is a rip off and god knows what they would have done to my "so called and non existant cavities". Beware this place is a scam and a half!!!

Had a great experience . Very clean and very friendly. The doctor explained my treatment in details. I don't have dental insurance currently so they offered me a payment plan. Glad I found this office.

I am new to the area,needed to get established with a dental office. Had a great experience at this office. Friendly doctors and staff,had the best cleaning done. Very thorough. Highly recommend this office.

love that they have Saturday hours. I broke a tooth over the weekend and needed to be seen , they were able to get me in immediately and the dorctor was excellent. Very cleand and very professional office.

Had an excellent visit . The only place that I could get in on Saturday. The doctor was excellent,explained the procedure to me step by step, felt very comfortable with the staff as well. Thank you.

Very unprofessional and lack of basic customer service skills including communication. I had to get a root canal here and felt every bit of what was going on the sharp shooting nerve pain was unbearable and the dentist told me there was "no way I should still feel anything". He was not gentle at all. Worst experience of my life. Also, he accidentally drilled a hole on the inside of my cheek which I didn't know about until the numbing wore off in that area. When I called back the woman who answered said it happens sometimes and that's why they prescribed mouth wash. When I asked why they didn't explain this at the office she responded in a very unprofessional passive aggressive manor and said it wasn't "that big of a deal". Among many other things I was MAJORLY upcharged although I blame myself for not doing my homework first ..I just needed my tooth pain resolved it took me a while to get over my fear of dental work after this but reluctantly found myself back in a chair (after much research) and was very happy to discover how an experience at a dental office should actually be. Stay away from this place!

It was worth the drive to be treated with kindness and respect by both the staff and Dr. Shayes. I am grateful for how they handled my emergency.

Stay away. Worse experience of my life. Ended up with cellulitis of the face the next day. Other DDS have heard about this group with similiar stories.
