We're new in town, and I was in need of a crown replacement after mine cracked in half. Doctor Parker and staff got me right in, and replaced it in a couple hours! Gentle, painless, and courteous treatment, not to mention the very reasonable cost! I will go back!

I have known Dr. Kastelic for almost 5 years, and worked with him for 2 of those years. He is an excellent person of great character, and I have full confidence in his skills as a dentist. I would be comfortable having him work on myself or my family.

Truthfully the best dentist I have visited and the first dentist for my 2 and 3 year old daughters! They absolutely love getting their teeth cleaned they think of it as a game and they get a prize/toy at the end!. The dentists definitely know how to distract the young kids and make them happy while getting thier teeth cleaned!. They communicate with the patient very well during the process always checking that we are okay!. Thank you so much Trinidad family dental!.

Only advice... Check your itemized invoice. Being a cash paying customer, I called for a quote to get a tooth extracted. I was quoted around $250. Knowing these quotes from dentists are typically not accurate, or honest, I expected to pay around $300-$350 at the end of it. I opted for the walk-in option to have it done ASAP. I spent 2 hours waiting and going through the usual rigmarole and getting injected with Novocain before being handed an invoice for $492 and asked to sign it while being informed that this is not a commitment to that price. Even though it is clearly an itemized invoice which included the 'Simple Extraction' PLUS the 'Surgical Extraction' combined in the SAME 'Subtotal' for the INVOICE. Not to mention the invoice specifically says next to your signature, "I REQUEST AND AUTHORIZE THE DENTIST OR QUALIFIED ASSIGNEE TO PERFORM THE WORK DESCRIBED ABOVE." After refusing to sign this invoice because of the obvious discrepancies, the older dental assistant got extremely defensive and confrontational. Then she stated that they should stop giving quotes over the phone to which I would say... that isn't the only procedural change that needs to be made. Maybe stop trying to double charge people, on the SAME INVOICE, for the SAME procedure? Needless to say, being quoted one price and then attempting to gouge me for twice that amount by double itemizing the same procedure on an invoice ruined any level of trust. But then the defensive and authoritarian tone of the old dental assistant simply made matters worse. If you're a cash paying customer and choose to role the dice on this place, BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR INVOICE! They like to double dip on your bill!

Dr. Dixon was absolutely wonderful with me! I can't believe it!!! I have an enormous phobia of the dentist and every time I go I am riddled with anxiety and fear. Dr. Dixon was the calmest dentist I have ever encountered and he was extremely knowledgeable with what was going on with my mouth!! He corrected another dentists work that was giving me an enormous amount of pain and today the swelling is nearly gone and pain almost non-existent! Who knew having your bite off would cause such an issue! He also walked me through a plan for another tooth and I feel super safe in his hands for him to work on me now. I gave it four stars because there were a few things related to covid I wish would've been done a bit better. They are certainly taking more precautions than the six other dentist offices I've called. I am high risk and have to take the virus very seriously. They take your temperature before you go in, a survey, and no one is allowed to wait in the lobby. The dentists are wearing surgical masks and N-95 masks. The only issues I saw were a group of about 5-6 teenagers came in unmasked and it made me feel super uncomfortable. I also wish they'd only allow one person per their cubicle spaces instead of having two people in that area (there are two chairs separated by a wall but you're still in that other persons air pocket which is a bit nerve wracking). An idea is maybe they could space out appointments. Only allow 4 patients at a time instead of 8 and when one leaves call the next in after. Other than that they are sanitizing everything and have stuff labeled off. The staff were very kind to me even when I asked a thousand questions. If covid wasn't around I would've given them five stars! I just wish they would've had a few extra precautions in place (and if I didn't absolutely have to go I wouldn't have but I did.) because it is an air borne virus and air pockets are created the longer you sit in an area. But they certainly are trying their best and have precautions in place. I am just more concerned than most due to being high risk.
