I went in on my first appointment (post cleaning) to get a cavity filled and a crown. The cavity was filled, but the rest was a disaster. The dentist carved up my premolar and gets to a point where I hear him curse. He said he didn't think it was going to work ...blah, blah and said an implant was his preferred choice. He then began an extraction that was at least 30 minutes long. He then took an Apexo elevator and began trying to dislodge the tooth. It was brutal. In the course of this, he cracked my front upper tooth implant. I found this out on the way home when it broke off from just my tongue pressure. I never went back and never will. What a hack. It's why I refer to this place as "Tremble Dental".

I went in for an emergency procedure and they were great at listening to my fears/concerns regarding my tooth without any judgement or pressure. Being an emergency, I was prepare to pay any amount to resolve the issue but also found it was extremely reasonable if I had to pay out of pocket. For someone who has anxiety in medical offices, this place and its people were really welcoming and helpful- they take great care of their patients. Will gladly keep them as my new primary dentist. My son had an adult front tooth that never came in. We went to Dr Trimble for an implant and additional work. I was amazed at the results, and so happy with the smile he now has! Highly recommend Dr Trimble! Took some time but results are amazing!

Set up an appointment on the phone with them, telling them my insurance company and they said that I was covered, 5 days before I was to come in they cancelled my appointment, and wanted to rebook me for a month out. when I called and said I would come in on a cancellation, they got me in on the same day. Then after filling out all the insurance information they came up and told me that they don't cover all of my insurance and that I could pay for their services out of pocket. What a waste of time for me.

Horrible experience with this place! HORRIBLE dental care/ does not follow up with you after being put under for over 3 hours of surgery, Dr Trimble created more trouble for me and I had to go to Mayo clinic Rochester which was my first step to getting my infection cleared up after his lack of knowledge, patient care, follow up,...I can go on and on and on! After paying him $??,??? Amount of money..I have NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT!
