Erica is a very good hygienist: highly skilled, good at explaining procedures, efficient, and personable. It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Leedy for the first time. The man at the front desk took excellent care of me by explaining my bill without my asking and making sure I had all my questions answered.

This was a visit that was done after my regular cleaning which I had relied with a negative review. Erica, my reg hygienist, redid parts of my cleaning and polishing. It was so much better!

They were able to accommodate me on short notice when I broke a tooth and my regular dentist office was closed. Very courteous and professional staff. Going back for a crown in 2 weeks.

After a couple years of decent service, I arrived (on time) for a routine checkup to find that they decided to cancel my appointment that I had made months prior. I didn't find this out until I was standing at the receptionist desk for the appointment. They chose to double book me with another client, and he was as confused I was. Shockingly inept scheduling process. Edit: after the reply from Trident to my original review, potential clients should know the whole truth: The reason I muted my phone notifications from Trident's phone number is that despite having replied "1" to their texts to confirm three times, I continued to receive additional confirmation requests repeatedly. In my eyes their system just wasn't functioning and so yes, I absolutely muted it. As Trident admitted, I have responded successfully with this system numerous times in the past so of course I'm familiar with the process. I don't know why their system didn't recognize my replies this particular time, but it didn't. In any case I upheld my agreed upon appointment and they did not. As for the other client who "offered me his time slot", that's patently false. He was every bit as frustrated as I was so I deferred to him since neither he nor I were to blame for Trident's scheduling debacle. I prefer to stick with the clear truth rather than embellish it. Your clients at least deserve that much transparency.

What a horrible business! First they waste a person's time because they won't do a cleaning until the second appointment. They tell you what procedures they require and won't do anything without charging for everything. Require new Xrays even though i have 4 months old ones. Then she hung up on me. So much for customer service. Run from this business!

I couldn't have had a better experience! My dental hygienist Erica was absolutely amazing and so sweet. She did such an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I felt like a new person walking out if there! Such a neighborhood feel right as you walk in. They are great and so professional/ kind!
