Continuing Education Dr. Leonetti enhanced his skills with a focus on cosmetic and implant dentistry at Mount Sinai. He also gained proficiency in the management of special needs, medically compromised, geriatric, and pediatric patients.
Specialty He performs all phases of general dentistry including cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, root canal therapy, gum surgery, and implant dentistry.He is passionate about improving his patients oral health and providing them with quality treatment.
Dr. Choi is a board-eligible endodontist who specializes in providing root canal treatments and other endodontic therapies (surgical and nonsurgical) to both adults and children. She received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) from New York University. After completing a General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, she returned to NYU for training in advanced education in endodontics, where she graduated with honors in endodontic teaching.
Dr. Choi is a passionate participant in dental mission trips to providecare to underserved communities. She is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists and the American Dental Association.In addition to private practice, Dr. Choi is on staff as an Attending at Mount Sinai Hospital where she teaches General Practice Residents.Outside of dentistry, she enjoys traveling, cycling, hiking, and exploring the city. Having grown up in Sao Paulo, Brazil, she speaks fluent English,Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Dr. Ziwei Gao grew up on Long Island, New York. She attended the State University of New York at Albany where she completed her Bachelors Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. Following dental school, Dr. Gao went on to complete a one year General Practice Residency at Northwell Health in Manhasset, New York. At Northwell, she gained experience in all phases of general dentistry. Dr. Gao is compassionate and delivers specialized care to each patient.
Nicole Khalife is a general and cosmetic dentist from Long Island, New York. She obtained her Bachelors degree from Villanova University. Dr. Khalife then received her degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. After dental school, she went on to a residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital. There, she honed her skills in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, root canal therapy, and invisible braces.

Everyone is super professional and awesome at their jobs from the receptionist to the dental hygienist! Tribeca Dental was wonderful! They were able to take my teen daughter, who was visiting NYC, on short notice and repair a chipped front tooth. Did a beautiful job and she felt totally comfortable with the staff and was very happy with results. Thank you very much for taking care of her!!

FANTASTIC! Everyone here was so kind! I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years due to the pandemic, and this will be my only dentist from now on. The dental receptionist Jesse, was so helpful with setting up my appointment, gave me instructions on getting to the office when I was lost, responded quickly to my text messages, and we had a great chat in the waiting room before my appointment, which helped ease my nerves. There was no wait for my 8am appointment, and the teeth cleaning was quick and efficient.The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so knowledgeable and had a pleasant bedside manner. Dr. Gao was excellent also. 10/10

The absolute best! I've been going to Tribeca Dental Care for the last three years for various dental needs (a root canal, crown, fillings, Invisalign and routine cleanings) and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the work I've had done. I usually see Dr. Khalife but have seen a few of the other dentists my last few visits and they have all been fantastic. Every single person who works here is amazing, from the dentists to the front desk staff and everyone in between. I know it sounds strange, but I actually look forward to going to the dentist, that's how much I love this place! Cannot recommend enough!

I've been at Tribeca Dental Care for teeth cleaning (Outstanding work from Fabio!), minor filing, small filling and invisalign- staff and Dr D. are all fantastic, they are very professional, thorough, polite and make the overall experience not only worthwhile but with a sense of care. Thank you and never thought I'd say so, but looking forward to see you at my next visit in 6 months!
