Overall I have mixed emotions about this location. My biopsy went well and I really do love how it looks now. My issue is billing. I called multiple times before to make this was in network and what the out of pocket cost would be. Confirmed it with my insurance as well. Only to be told in the office I had to pay upfront " because insurance is known to not cover it". When I called my insurance even they stated that they do cover it and never have had issues paying this location. It genuinely feels like they are taking your money and then come up with any reason why they can't refund you. If you want to get your work here be ready to pay double what you thought you would pay.

Apparently only their time is important. I had a 1230 appointment and was called back at 1:45. Over scheduling patients needs to be looked at.

Dr. Park and his crew were amazing with helping me be as comfortable as possible. I am terrified of needles and I had to get a IV so I had a full blown panic attack. They offered me a lot of support and calmed me down and did not make me feel dumb even though I know for sure I embarrassed myself! 10/10 would recommend, I got all 4 wisdom teeth out in 20 mins. Also Amy the Anesthesiologist was so kind to me and reassured me that everything was gonna be okay!

Be certain to gain clarity on the acceptance of your dental insurance versus "we will file it for you" . As it turns out, the prior phone call to schedule the appointment didn't clarify the 50% out of pocket. The whole basis in scheduling with Triangle Implants was based upon the understanding that they accepted the Dental Insurance. Sadly I will need to locate another oral surgeon to get Mom's exam, extractions, implants and dentures.

This place deserves more than 5 stars because this place is just amazing!! The staff and Dr. Park and his team were amazing! Today February 2nd 2022 I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled and the Dr. Park and his team and even the whole staff was amazing! This was my first surgery I have ever had and they made my first surgery less nerve wracking and I am so forever grateful!

Dr. Park and the staff here is amazing! I loved that I was recognized and called by my name from the time I came in as a referral, to the day of my procedure. I wasn't "just another patient" for them. Highly recommended!

WOW, where do i start? I recently had double jaw surgery at TIC with Dr. Park. I moved from another state for school after my jaw surgery journey completely halted due to COVID. Immediately before COVID, I spent the prior 2 years preparing for the surgery only to have it cancelled 4 weeks before it was to occur due to the pandemic. Having to move to another state, school then forced me to abort the jaw surgery mission. Hopeful, I started my quest to find a trustworthy and reputable orthodontists, dentist, and maxillofacial surgeon to continue the road to jaw surgery. It was a struggle, but I was referred to TIC by a reputable orthodontists. from my very first appointment (the consultation), I knew this is where i belonged. The staff was very friendly, understanding of my situation, and willing to work to help me achieve my goal. I encouraged my parents to take a trip to NC to meet the staff at TIC & Dr. Park to confirm what I had already experienced. From that point, Andres Henao, the Technical Director, helped get every single detail in order with patience! No question we had was a dumb question, everything was answered honestly, and everyone was very transparent about every aspect of this journey. I felt like more than just another patient, was well prepared for what to expect during recovery ahead, and could not have asked for a better experience. Surgery went well, and I'm in the recovery phase now. It took 8 years for this surgery to happen and I am so beyond grateful to have chosen TIC.

25 years ago I had the worst ever experience with wisdom teeth extractions. I had one tooth left and all but crawled in this office to reluctantly to have that last one done. I told the doctor I have been putting this off for 25 years and I would rather fight everyone in there than have anything done. The doctor reassured me all would be well, and much to my surprise I didn't feel a thing. I overcame a lot of stress to get this done, and this doctor delivered. Trust me this place is amazing and you will love it, as much as you can.

I had to have 8 of my teeth removed, the staff were very kind & made me feel more comfortable about the procedure. If you need oral surgery I highly recommend TIC. :)

I want everybody to know, if you need an extraction go here. From scheduling an appointment to the procedure was top notch. Everything is explained to you beforehand, no surprises. I had been suffering with the tooth for a month, so I opted to stay awake. I was nervous and when it was time, I was thinking maybe I should've been put to sleep. All I felt was pressure. Dr. Park and Jenni was fantastic. I only experienced mild discomfort afterwards for one day.

First time coming here and it was a nice experience. From the receptionists to the doctors. Very friendly and caring. I traveled 48 mins from Raleigh because they were the only people that could get me in a better time or I would've had to wait months to a year. It was so peaceful in the waiting room, it's like all of your stress is gone even though you're in a implant center getting surgery in your mouth lol. I definitely recommend and go when you're not in too much of a rush if possible because there will be people waiting or coming in, but my wait time personally was not that long. I had Dr. Park and he did great. I'm healing now. They inform you and your escort of everything. Just go because they truly took care of me.

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Park during my visit to the Mebane office. I have never had "extensive" oral surgery before-and most certainly have never had anesthesia used on me-but the doctor and hygienists made me feel so at ease. I had a hiccup during healing so I drove back where an amazing hygienist named Jenny showed me how to irrigate my wisdom tooth extraction site. I'm thankful to state I've had no issues since then. Definitely recommend Dr. Park and all his staff! :)

While I tried consistently to communicate with the office staff, not only did they not listen, billing department was horrible and rude. Dr Parks was fine but I would not recommend this practice. I finally gave up which resulted in additional costs.

Amazing staff. I had to get 4 wisdom teeth removed. They explained everything, took their time, and totally calmed my anxiety. Dr. Park finished the procedure painlessly in just a few minutes, and even let me keep the teeth! Autumn and Garrett also went above and beyond to make me comfortable and happy. Called me a couple hours after it was done to check in as well. Can't recommend this team enough.

The ENTIRE staff was very pleasant from beginning to end!! Dr Park did a wonderful job with my extractions. Staff did a wonderful job keeping my husband who was in the parking lot updated. After the procedure they made sure I got to my vehicle safely and called to check on me when I got home. I'm so thankful for this office!! I wish all businesses would hire such pleasant people like the people at this office!
