There should be a "no star" option. RUDE, rude and rude. Would not listen to why I was there and over talked the whole time.Will never step foot back in this place. Staff was fine the two different dentists I've had VERY unprofessional! It's sad when you have severe anxiety and explain this to someone over and over only for them to seem to care about how my insurance would pay in small amounts if I had to come back. People these days really lack concern for their patients and noone ever seems to care if you come back or not. I would definitely recommend looking into a different option if you are in need of any type service.

Drove all the way from Newbern to Goldsboro to make this appt just to be told my appt was at 9am and not 10am... funny bc I called to be reminded of my appt time yesterday and was told TWICE that my appt was at 10am. This place is a joke! They clearly do not have there stuff together and it concerns me they work in peoples mouths for a living. Unbelievable.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here about over 2 weeks ago, and this is the WORST experience I have ever had at a doctors office. Before my surgery they told me a few of the basic things to avoid, and I thought it would be a breeze. I had my surgery and was immediately in pain right when I woke up, and about three days after my surgery was still in excruciating pain that I had to go back. I overheard one of the dental assistants telling one of the patient's parents about the post-op instructions, and I was not told half of the stuff to do and not to do after my surgery. I saw the surgeon and I was told that I had a forming infection in one of my sockets. I was given antibiotics and more pain meds for the pain, but still after a week and half I was not fully recovered from the pain, I was still bruised and very swollen, and still now I am a bit swollen and cannot fully move my jaw like I could before my surgery. Just to add on to all the stress and pain I was suffering from, after telling the staff MULTIPLE times what pharmacy to send my medication to and even writing it down on the paper work before my surgery, they preceded to send it to the wrong pharmacy, not once, but TWICE. Leaving me to drive all over town to multiple different pharmacy's trying to figure out which one they sent my medication to because no one would tell me. Definitely do not recommend and will never be going back for anything. If I could give it a zero I would.

Never again. I called next day after a major procedure -- I was miserable and the only pain management that is offered after is learning to tough it out.

My brother had his wisdom teeth removed here. It was an absolute BREEZE, surgery was over in an hour, staff was super friendly, the surgeon was very nice, and answered any questions we had (even the dumb ones, lol). We didn't even have to go back for any extra visits because the surgery sites healed quickly and like they were supposed to. Would highly recommend this office!

I went there year ago. And couldn't have asked for better service. The Dr was outstanding. The folks in the front office, was very easy work with, explaining the payment process and scheduling appointments for me. I highly recommend this place. Very highly professionalism shown.

My husband had a wisdom tooth removed and a cyst that was attached under it They both were removed and he had no trouble The staff and Dr Kruer were exceptional and would recommend them to anyone Keep up the great work!!!!!

Answered all my questions, very nice and I had a wisdom tooth root near a nerve which runs the risk of nerve damage and everything went smoothly.

I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr Kruer was very gentle and made me feel at ease. His assistant Bailey was nice and comforting as well. The whole experience started with a pleasant welcome by Kelly before I even came to the office. Once I arrived, Kelly and everyone up front made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice.

My daughter had an appointment. The office had us sit outside in 90 degree weather to fill out paperwork then sit in the car for well over an hour. Just for my daughter to not be seen. I was called irate & ugly after I sat in a car for over an hour with a child. Im pretty sure anybody who sit in NC heat for over an hour is gonna be irate. I will never come here again. And to think I was told they were the best surgeons around. Well maybe so but the office personnel is terrible.

Very, Very, Very slow!!!!!! The first consult / appointment we waited for them for 2 hours to see my daughter for her wisdom teeth referral a total of 3 hours worth the completion of the visit!!! In 100 degree weather which blew up my AC unit in my car a $800 repair!!! Then fast forward to now 6 weeks later and the first thing they say is we are running behind when they just opened and now it has been 2 and 1/2 hours.

Do not go here. Dentist caused me problems with a molar in front of the wisdom tooth he took out. Been in manor pain for a week. Tell me it's from me grinding my teeth get a night guard and continue taking the ibuprofen. Been two days since I've seen him and still in major pain. Call and they tell me I have to go to my dentist and see what's going on we only do referrals and do surgery's. Funny this tooth never bothered me before I had this surgery done.
