We drove all the way from Wilmington for our son Joel to have his wisdom teeth removed. First of all, the office is immaculate. The entire staff was incredibly kind and made the experience one that put our child at ease. Julie was an absolute gem. Kind, professional and compassionate. Totally worth the 2 hour drive. If you need any oral surgery, you should definitely consider Triangle Implant Center in Cary!

New resident to North Carolina and had a procedure done this morning at their office. Not only was Dr. Mueller extremely caring and informative but eased my worries every step of the way! The entire experience from start to finish was better than I could have asked for. Shout out to Anna at their office as well she was very friendly and helpful! Would very confidently recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care.

This place is amazing! I was very well taken care of, especially when I was cold and Julie gave me a blanket. Dr. Mueller had me in and out quickly and painlessly. Highly recommend!

Extremely bad on due diligence. Haven't submitted any details to the insurance company prior the procedures they recommend to get pre-approval and make sure that the insurance will cover the expense. Then here here comes the bill of thousands dollars you have to pay out of pocket...because the insurance deny the claim... because someone hasn't done their job to get pre-determination. Not to mention the unethical behavior from their manager which was trying to cover up things when I asked her if they submitted the patient information(my wife) to the insurance company to get a pre-determination. They never did it :). but insistently told my wife that everything will be covered by the insurance company... Not to mention that one part of the work is not covered by the insurance company this triggers chain of denial for a crown etc. which adds more thousands in this bill... They do not even want to discuss how this could be settled in a proper way.

Currently in bed recovering from the scary procedure that is wisdom tooth removal... And, although I still wish I never even had to get this done lol, I AM glad that I got it done here. Nurse Anna/Anne (I'm sorry girl, I can't remember which it is) was so funny and nice, and did a great job administering my IV even though I'm a terrible stick. The Dr came in and was very professional and kind. Every person I encountered was kind and smiling. I literally was told to take a deep breath at one point and the next thing I knew, I was awake... I was like dang when did I even fall asleep!? So weird how medicine works lol. I didn't feel a thing so shout out to the anesthesiologist!! Highly recommend this office (:

This is a second review we give to Dr. Muller, Anna, and Julie. This is the dream team. They are professional at its finest. Dr. Muller is the only surgeant I will allow to drill into my jaws and puts screws in (implants). Super smooth and his nurse Anna is the best!

I had a great experience with my wisdom tooth extraction today. Dr. Mueller was amazing. He was very patient and took his time to explain the procedure to me. I was extremely nervous prior to the procedure but him and his staff made me feel very comfortable from beginning to end. The staff was also amazing and genuinely friendly. Both of my teenage children had their wisdom teeth taken out here in the past and had a great experience as well.

I'm not happy with these people. Wisdom tooth extraction left me with multiple abrasions inside my cheeks in addition to the tooth issues. Then they only prescribed 6 oxycodone pills for pain. They have no coverage on weekends/after hours but just refer you to Duke hospital. They were also pretty casual about the crown they knocked off.

I was very pleased with my visit...the lady at the front desk was nice. Dr Mueller did a fast excellent job on my wisdom tooth extraction. I had never been put to sleep for anything before so I was nervous, also I have a 7 mos old baby and did not want to be groggy and out of it when I got home so I asked to not be put to sleep. My tooth was impacted so of course it was going to be some work. I didn't feel a thing and I was wide awake. A lot of pressure and noise but i was ok with that. His assistant was so funny and nice they even played music to keep my mind off the noise I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an Oral surgery.

Amazing experience. Great relaxing atmosphere, they go out of their way to make you feel at ease. They explain all processes thoroughly and set the expectations for your home care. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed with sedation and was in and out quickly. Would recommend to anyone I know. I visited the Cary location.

I am very pleased with my recent wisdom tooth extraction on May 14th, where I was finally blessed with insurance that fully covered getting all four of my uncomfortable wisdom teeth removed after many years. Although I had concerns regarding the minor surgery (as this would be my first surgery ever) and the healing process, I was reassured all would go well and not one lie was told. I do recommend you do as instructed and follow up if you're experiencing terrible pain. I had concerns with the amount of ibuprofen I was taking to dilute the pain and was informed that too many ibuprofens at that dosage in high volume could cause liver problems. I was so thankful for their advice and insisting of calling back if needed so things didn't worsen. Be your biggest advocate but also know you're in great hands I promise! I'm grateful to have been recommended to you all and will certainly personally recommend others.Thank you all for your quality service and kind transparent interactions.

Great experience here! I loved all the staff, everyone was so friendly and full of smiles. (Even through the masks) haha. Special thanks to Dakota for giving me the most non pain-full IV, she deserves employee of the month for that. Also thanks to Dr.Yurigan & Dr. Mueller for getting me in and out #Healthcareheros are the best!

My experience at T.I.C in Cary was amazing.It was an emergency,And everyone was so kind and amazing.They got me in the same day,my insurance cleared and there wasn't any surprise fees.I knew everything before they got started,I was so Happy.Dr.Nicholas Mueller extracted my wisdom tooth.And he was very caring ,He fully explained everything and I was very comfortable.With No Pain,and I'm still doing very well because I am definitely following his instructions.Thank to everyone especially Dr. Mueller at Triangle Implant Center in Cary NC.

I had a few of my wisdom teeth removed a few days ago. All of the staff were genuinely kind people. I never got the sense that they were just being nice because it was their job. That was big for me because I'd never been sedated before and their kindness put me at ease as soon as I walked in the building. The procedure itself was over before I even knew it began. My recovery has been a quick and smooth journey thanks to their instructions. 5 out of 5. 10 out of 10. 2 thumbs up. Would recommend to all of my loved ones.
