Love this dentist office! Everyone is so friendly and they do a great job...Ashley is the best dental hygienist and all the dentists are awesome. Everyone is very professional and they give you accurate, truthful dental advice :) our whole family goes here!

The office is very nice and professional, it is very difficult dealing with insurance and pricing as there was additional charges the day of my wisdom tooth surgery that were not discussed until I arrived. They absolutely do not answer the phone. I have called multiple times within a day and left messages but have not gotten a response. The dentist and assistants that did the surgery were very helpful and understanding. But if you value being able to call and talk to someone about an issue this place will give you a headache.

Ashley has been my hygienist for years, she is fast but thorough, very professional and friendly. We always catch up on our lives and how our families are doing. She knows how to be quick but precise in cleaning my teeth. I always enjoy seeing Dr.Chris Lee, he has helped me with my jaw pain by making different night guards for me to stabilize this issue.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this location today. Upon arrival I was told my appointment was for 9am, instead of 10. The receptionist seemed very confused by what she was looking at on the computer, saying the exam was scheduled for 10 and she could get me in for that but not the cleaning. Added that someone had tried to call me on the 19th to reschedule and attempted to leave a message but for some reason they were unable. They should have called back, but i was told they had other patients to call implying it was my fault for my voice-mail not working. The kicker is that I had called a week ago and left a message for a callback to update my contact info as my email appointment reminder went to my wife AND I spoke to someone yesterday about my insurance being out of date. I had never been to this dentist before and the insurance I had when I made the appointment in June, is what I still have. I have no idea how they got other insurance info. Regardless they confirmed the appointment time and said nothing about it needing to be rescheduled. It seems to be a system error, and I get if something was messed up and they couldn't see me, but someone should have taken ownership for the situation or escalated the problem before I frustratingly left and sat in the parking lot to leave this review. My wife just came yesterday and had no problem but did feel that they don't seem to care because they are so busy.

Really great dentist office. Very cozy with a lounge in the waiting room with a TV and refreshments. I always feel welcomed here, especially by my great dentist Ashley. She is very kind and good at her job. Really recommend.

I have been going to Triangle Family Dentistry for many years. And I have always been seen by Ashely, she is always very friendly and very cheerful. Overall my experience has been very positive and I would recommend this practice to anyone in the area
