I called to make a last minute appointment for a suspected abscess, and was seen the next day for evaluation and x-ray of the area. They ruled out any infection, but recommended a root canal or extraction for the cavity. I was given an Rx for antibiotics just in case I noticed any symptoms of infection. As I am self-pay, cost is important to me. Therefore I chose extraction. They offered to perform it that day, but my schedule didn't allow it. I came in a week later, and the tooth was VERY stubborn, kept breaking, etc. They worked very hard to get all of the tooth out with success! Topical analgesic was applied before administering injection as well! They were very attentive to if I felt any pain and made sure I was completely numb before beginning. After care discussion was thorough. Kudos to the ladies there that worked hard to make sure it was done right, and to the friendly office staff. Pricing is very affordable for a self pay individual. I will return for a routine visit when I can! Thanks again ladies!

Looking all around for an emergency appointment, this place was able to get my fiance an appointment within a great time frame. If you get disconnected, the receptionist will call you back. The staff are friendly as well as the facility. Highly recommended.

Here now will update the stars once I get everything done. The only strange thing is that they said couldn't find my insurance information and I had to pay over 600 dollars out of pocket, also said I would be reimbursed through my insurance company. I hope I don't have a bad experience because I already hate going to the dentist and doctors and if I do then I am done with dentists forever I don't need to pay to be in pain hope it's a good experience

Not 24 hours. Someone picks up the phone then puts it on the answering machine. After hours phone number goes to a doctor's voice mail. Meanwhile i cant sleep, in excruciating pain and half of my face is swollen down to my lymph nodes. At least change your listing description!!

This place is ridiculous. Had a few procedures done which were insanely pricey.. They like to ask for half of or all of the payment for a procedure while you are making the appointment for it. I just received a bill for a couple hundred bucks and haven't been seen there since April 2021. There was one nice staff member here, an older woman with pretty hair. She's only thing good about the place Will not be going back here.

Do not waste your money!!! They are not 24 hours!!! They will do unnecessary things to get more money from you! They do not follow through with business if you don't use who they recommend! After they realize they can't get more money from you, they will be rude!!!

Great staff!!!! I needed an emergency extraction done on my tooth on a Sunday and all of the staff were very helpful and nice. Michelle B saw my pain and did everything in her power to help me. Everyone was amazing and they are very sanitary and precautions giving the times we are in. I highly recommend them!!!

I was visiting from Washington DC for thanksgiving and had really bad pain, My wife called and the office got us an appointment right away, they followed really great covid 19 procedures and were fast at getting my processed and xrayed. They found out That i needed an extraction. I was nervous but the entire staff was really supportive and calming. So nice and my doctor got me done in record time and was a pro. The nurses were so sweet an supportive and professional and knew how to keep me in good sprirts. I had an amazing time which says alot cause I had to get a tooth pulled lol. Wish i could come here with my entire family for dental needs but we live in DC. But I DEFINITELY recommend to any local folk!!!

This past weekend I was in the worse pain dealing with a tooth ache. This office called me first thing in the morning around 6am to see me on a Sunday. I was shocked. Upon arrival, I had the pleasure of dealing with Ms. M'Chele who was kind and taking Covid-19 precautions. Great customer Service is hard to find and I will definitely be back :)
