Was told 2 to 4 hours total. Not just to get in back room. To sit freezing listening to the instruments for hours before the dentist even sees you. I'd been better off going across the state to my old dentist. I'd been home and in bed before this place even starts.

So I was referred here by my dentist. When I called it was around 4:25, I informed the lady that I was referred by Homeland Dentistry and it seem as though she automatically put a guard up..... Smh the crazy part though is before I could give her any more information she asked me with a "matter of fact" attitude what my insurance was when I told her she quickly said I wouldn't be seen till the end of February. It's very obvious that a lot of the offices discriminate against types of insurance but my thing is this "IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MEDICAID THEN DON'T EXCEPT IT AND STOP TREATING PEOPLE NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I will be contacting the board of dentistry for them as well!

The wait time was incredibly long but the doctors were professional and they did a good job... here is where things went wrong after the surgery my driver takes me to Walmart to get my prescriptions they hadn't been called in... we went home I sent a second person 2 hours after I left and the prescriptions still weren't there.... I then drove myself (4 hours after being sedated) to Walmart because I needed answers. I called the after hours number 6 times before someone called back but I didn't hear from her again until by 8:30PM 6 hours after my surgery I find out they sent them to Walgreens even after they confirmed after surgery my pharmacy was Walmart... fast forward I wake up this morning in a lot of pain and I send a 3rd person to pick the meds up at Walgreens only to find out particular walgreens pharmacy is closed on weekends... and they didn't give me an irrigation tool

This clinic is far from being organized and the staff is very unempathetic. I was referred by my local doctor to extract one wisdom tooth and they pushed me so hard to get all my wisdom teeth extracted. It was almost like they were meeting numbers, instead of considering me and my painful situation. In addition, they never contacted me nor informed me that my insurance had sent them a check with my insurance coverage. I had to call them to get this refund and it took them 3 months to get this resolved. Unfortunately I would not recommend this facility to no one.

This place was absolutely terrible. When I had my wisdom tooth pulled they left a piece of bone in my gum which I had to return to have removed. Today I bring my mother at 8:45 AM for her 9AM appt and they don't call her back until 10:35AM. There was no soap at all in the restroom. Smh. The entire time we were in the waiting room listening to the loud television, the ladies at the front desk were playing horrible music also loudly, Lizzo and Kelise and tiktok songs and just tactless and unprofessional hot girl music smh. Like these people can't be serious. Seriously unprofessional. Update : they mutilated my mothers face. Now she is in need of atleast one facial/plastic surgery. These people are sick they only want a dollar they do not care about you.

Although the procedure went fine, the staff was less than friendly or helpful as I attempted to file claims with my dental and medical insurance carriers. Had I known it would be this difficult to have simple billing/coding questions answered by anyone in the office I would never have used this provider. Two stars here is generous.

My daughter came here to get her wisdom teeth extracted, and first time have I seen a place that sets appointments and isn't ready 3-4 hours later. Common sense to schedule for that time right? I understand waiting 30min up to an hour(not including the actual surgery) BUT 4 hours is a bit too much before getting Called in! And not only that, why overbook patients if you don't have the time nor space? Seems to me that they want their money more than they actually care for patients. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but not everyone has a whole day to spare for these people to get their stuff together. They don't care obviously....

Let me start by saying my experience was not bad at all. My appointment was for 1 extraction at 1pm and I was out of there by 1:45pm. I made my appointment to have 1 extraction here bc this was literally the ONLY oral surgeon covered by my insurance that wasn't booked out for a month or more. Then I started reading all of these bad reviews and boy was I nervous.. but I convinced myself it had to be okay bc I absolutely needed the tooth to come out, and the place is still in business so how bad can it be? The waiting room is rather small for how many people they book. The chairs are worn out and need to be replaced. The front desk staff were great. Friendly and helpful, and no music like someone else said. However, they did have rap music playing in the exam rooms. I don't really see this as a bad thing bc it could help people take their mind somewhere else. I listen to music while I work, and my regular dentist has TVs in their rooms. The dental assistants that took the Xrays, and went over the treatment plan were also nice and friendly. Everyone involved with the actual surgery could use some empathy training. They are short, to the point, and do not seem to be concerned at all with how the patient is feeling. I guess thats just how they operate bc they clearly move a lot of people so they just don't have time for that. Someone else on here said that Dr. Simoncic is not the type to hold your hand and baby you through the procedure. They were correct. But being almost 34 years old I didn't really need that. They do not use the numbing paste on your gums before the needle. But to be honest, it didn't really hurt much worse than when I have had the numbing paste before. And I was going numb immediately after the first injection. He did 2 more injections and then began tapping on my tooth asking if I could feel anything. I didn't feel a thing, so he went on with pulling the tooth. I didn't feel anything other than pressure and was shocked when they put the gauze in and said I was done already. The entire procedure from the first numbing injection to finished was probably 2 minutes. Maybe even less. I'm a week into recovery and I have had no pain at all. Only a slight pain occasionally when I moved my mouth too much or something. Even though I had a good experience here I'm only giving 4 stars bc the surgery team could slow down and empathize a bit with patients.

I've taken both of my kids here for their wisdom teeth removal.. the wait always takes over an hour but the nurses are very helpful, patient and informative, the actual doctor is crass and to the point but very good at what he does.

First, upon entering it was a line to the door. Horrible odor. Standing room only. Appt for my son was at 11:00a @ 1:30p 3D scan and then took him to exam room. Waited in surgery room w/assistants who were setting up for procedure a total of 30 min. Suture and hem left on floor from prior patient. (Mentioned that to staff, they apologized). Son was finished with surgery 1 tooth exposure at 2:32p from 11a Appt. It felt like a factory vs dentistry. Dr looked overbooked, stressed so was staff especially front desk. This was an Ortho referral. Waiting room chairs are worn, too low to ground. Needs to replaced. There needs to be a better flow in place. Do not recommend!

We waited in a freezing cold room for over an hour and half while the machines beeped the whole time we should have been informed that we would be waiting before surgery for almost 3 hours service has slacked a lot

I had 7 teeth extracted Dr.Simoncic put me under anesthesia knowing i was newly diagnosed with sleep apnea. Also he caused a major sinus perforation and did not i repeat did not inform me about it. I had lots of problems healing at home. I had a return appointment 4 weeks out but i called for earlier appointment. He was rude said it was my fault that i jad a sinus perforation and told me to come back in 2 weeks and that everything was normal. I went to family dentist 2 days later he removed pieces of bone and had to refer me too another oral surgeon who had to just really numb me up and do oral surgery to fix a hole the size of a pencil eraser from this dip wads mistakes! He is being investigated by dental board by multiple complaints! Im an seeking a law suit!

Husband was referred here to get a tooth pulled. Waiting room was packed out. Doctor was apparently in an extreme rush to clear that waiting room because he injected with numbing and before that kicked in (less than 5 minutes) he was already ripping my husbands tooth out. Yes my husband told him he was not numb, and said that even the dental assistant acted surprised that the dentist was going to proceed so quickly before giving the numbing time to kick in. That didn't seem to matter. I told the dentist that referred my husband to re-consider referring anyone else. Also trying to get the antibiotics that we're supposed to be called in for my husband seems to be the next issue now. Would NOT recommend this place.

(Translated by Google) This place is detestable. I had an appointment with my daughter. They made me arrive at 7:30 a.m. It was 10 a.m. and they didn't attend me. I had to leave. It was too long to wait, but they charged me for an x-ray that they never took and the receptionists made racist comments. I didn't like it, I had to argue with one of them, it is not recommended for Latinos to go to that place, I already asked to be referred to another clinic and they will find my money (Original) Este lugar es detestable yo tube una cita con mi hija me hicieron llegar alas 7:30 am eran las 10 am y no me atendian tuve que irme era demasiado tiempo esperando a pero me cobraron una radiografia que nunca sacaron y las recepcion hacian comentarios racista algo que no megusto tuve que discutir con una ellas no es recomendable para los latinos ir a ese lugar ya pedi que me refieran a otra clinica y seque daran con mi dinero

This is the worst place I have ever been to! I was referred here to get the rest of my teeth taken out to but dentures in. It is a very emotional and traumatic time being that I am only 34. For the beginning the doctor was completely rude and degrading. He tried to find a vein to do an IV without even really looking, just stuck a needle in twice in my arms and twice in my FOOT! Then proceeded to tell me I only has to options to not get it done or just use the gas. I didn't even have a minute to adjust to the huge change. He kept making comments such as if I can get tattoos i would be just fine for this procedure. I was sobbing and tried telling him the gas was not working and did not care!! I stopped the procedure. I refuse to have someone like that do anything to me!!! Please please do not go here. I am devastated that I could not get my procedure.

This was the worst experience in my life. I got upper implants. After he gets your money he doesn't care. It has been 3 years and I just had to spend thousands to have them surgically removed because they were in wrong. Please never go there

My experience was Great from start to finish. My appointment for my 3 wisdom teeth extractions was at 12:00 on a Friday, I went back for surgery at 12:45 which is when I was prepped for surgery. The surgon and his team were really nice and answered all my questions. I was on my way home around 2:00 after recovery. It's almost been a week since the surgery and I've only had minimal pain that's relieved with ibprophen as needed. I recommend Triad Oral Surgery!!

Went in to have 4 wisdom teeth removed. Was quoted 750 with insurance at the consultation. I get there this morning and now I owe 1300. I tell the receptionist that isn't correct she checks it out and informs me that I would have to pay the 1300 upfront and wait for my insurance to refund me the additional funds owed since part of the procedure has to be filed as medical not dental...... The receptionist then tried to get the dentist to take the initial payment that was quoted and wait for the insurance to pay him the rest. He refused so I wasted a pto day... called a different provider in Clemmons hopefully I'll have a better experience. 10/10 don't recommend.
