Even if I move to a different town I will keep my daughter at this dentist until she ages out , My daughters dentist is so sweet kind an patient she makes my daughter so comfortable.. my second time coming , I think her name is miss yinn, such a sweet dentist. 10 out of 5 stars

Dr. Alexander is AMAZING! My daughter has sensory processing issues and ADHD. She had to have a tooth extracted and I was so nervous about how my daughter would react. The whole team made her feel so safe and cared for. It was also very affordable with our insurance, even as an emergency appointment. We will continue using Triad Kids for years to come.

The whole office is very kid friendly, the Dentist was very sweet and did a wonderful job with my little 2 year old. My only complaint was the lady who lead me from place to place. She was hard to hear and did not explain steps the well. Such as where to go, receiving a balloon and I was completely confused about the 1st time photo option. She said things as if I already knew. I was so lost.

Dr Alexander is the best! She is great with kids! My daughter's former pediatric dentist was terrible dealing with kids. So glad we found a dentist that makes things fun and easy.

Took my tiny human to his first appointment. Everyone was friendly, the environment was clean and spacious. Every detail of the process was thoroughly explained and Dr. Orr was phenomenal.

Today was our first experience at this facility and I loved it. I called to see if they could work my son in sooner because he recently broke his ankle and the orthopedic wanted to do a CT scan. Triad Dental let us come in sooner, got us in, and quickly got us out. Kalondra was the dental assistant that helped us and she was fabulous!!! My son loved her!!! She was upbeat, friendly, and made sure my son was comfortable. This is where we will be going and will be seeing Kalondra again!!

I gave them a 1 because they updated a policy where if you don't confirm an appointment they will cancel your already scheduled appointment and give it to someone else. This was in no way communicated when the appointment was made. My daughter had a cavity fill-in appointment that had already been pushed out 2 months from the original cleaning because they didn't have time to do her fill-ins. Meanwhile you still get email reminders advising you that you have an appointment. They don't send any type of communications letting you know the appointment has been cancelled so you don't miss unnecessary days at work and your kids don't miss school. This is extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate of peoples time. Its like the right hand isn't telling the left hand what it is doing.

We had our first dental experience at this office and I can say we had the best experience. The dentist and assistants were so patient with my son! I HIGHLY recommend them. It was such a better experience then at our previous dentist.

I loved going to this dental office the staff is very kind and helpful. They also have put a lot into making your children experience positive. I took my 1and 8 year old and both of them enjoyed it all. They are very informative and they was just all a pleasure to work with.

This place is absolutely amazing. Starting with the waiting area that has movies and a play area and iPads and plenty of seating. My kids loved it. The staff was very very friendly and efficient and the dentists explained everything they needed to be done in detail and I am extremely pleased and glad I found triad kids dental. I drive an hour just to go here and it's worth it!!!!
