Everyone I came in contact with was absolutely wonderful! I have never in my life came across any dentist office that had the amazing vibe of Triad Kids Dental! I will never take my children anywhere else. All of the associates made my child feel at home and comfortable. Now he wants to go back to the dentist and my other kids are excited to get their first visits! Amazing work!

After moving the Windy City I finally took my kid to his first dentist appointment in NC! And this place was very pleasant. I like the environment and stuff! Everyone was very professional and nice . Good choose to bring your little ones!

Everyone in the building are polite and just absolutely wonderful!!!! And it's the only kid dentist that iv been to that truly cares about their patients!!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

Dr. Smith and his staff provide a kid friendly and happy atmosphere that made my kiddos happy to return. Doctors walked my kids through every step of the treatments and were able to complete everything without fear. The staff here is simply the best!!!!

We have been going here for over a year and was so thankful to have found a pediatric dentist here. This area has never had one and until our last visit my opinion changed due to change of scheduling in which I can say the manager here has to handle and we talked over an hour. With that being took care of sadly on our next visit Mr Wallace was talking about other patients not expecting a wonderful experience with his assistant while my son was getting his dental work done.I am really disappointed and feel that should have been talked over with the other patient . It isn't very comfortable for patients to have to listen to that. After this review I was called and apologized to and felt assured that this would never happen again.

Thomasville: All the staff made my 3 yr old son feel so comfortable for his first dental appt; he was so scared and was crying just walking in--by the time we left, he was so happy, wanted to play there longer, and said multiple times that day, "it was actually fun, mom!". Feel so much better having our first visit over with and knowing that he will be excited to return!

We had a great experience everyone was very kind. My oldest was scared to go from previous experience at a different dentist and they were so kind and understanding with her. She loved it. I'm so glad I found this dentist for my children.

Miranda, the office manager, is a rockstar. We were having issues with a bill and she took it upon herself to make things right. The office is filled with professionals and my daughter loves going to the dentist office. Not only does my daughter enjoy the playground inside the office, but the staff is amazing.

Great experience! I love that waiting room has a cool activity center for kids. I have a two year old and one year old. Both enjoyed their visit to the dentist and did awesome! The dentist and team were so good to my family. We look forward to coming back in a few months :)

This Dentist office is by far one of the best, Miranda that works the front desk was very helpful and polite. Kaley, saw how afraid my son was and made it her priority to make him feel as comfortable as possible. He walked in afraid and crying and walked out in a great mood, smiling saying "he really liked this one." Thank you so much, I'm employed with the neighboring School system so I will definitely share this experience with coworkers and parents.

I highly recommend this place very professional and friendly! As soon as your arrive the front desk ladies are very helpful and also Bi- lingual if needed . There very good at notifying you about appointment's coming up . Very kid friendly my kids love the playground inside and it's just absolutely beautiful inside . I was very pleased how the cleaning went for my 7 year old and love how they allow you to go in the back we're other places don't .

I have 2 children on the autism spectrum. Dr. Gillette and his hygienist were absolutely amazing. They took their time, dimmed the lights for her, there was a private room. Everything went so amazing I cried. This office is the best kids dentist I've ever been to. We left from kids smile in Asheboro because of the traumatic experiences we've had. I can't brag about how great this was. Ans how kind everyone in the office was.

First visit for my almost 4 year old and it was great! The manager was SUPER helpful and forgiving of 1. being a little late and 2. forgetting my insurance card. Dr. Gillett was kind and very personable. So happy we found them.

I'm not going to sign a waiver to agree to my children having pictures of them taken to be online or in the dentist, there are sickos out there.
