Hannah, Christine, and Amanda were absolutely, super amazing with my children for their routine cleaning, X-rays, and fluoride treatments! All 3 of my children felt safe, entertained and excited for next time. Thank you to the entire dental office on Randleman road for tremendously being the best!!!!!!!!!!

AVOID this place!! We came with our 5-year old with pain in one of his teeth. Instead of treating it, they did the cleaning (insisted on doing it) and schedule a follow-up appointment in a month and a half We used to go to this place before, it was not our first time coming there. We are still shocked. You come with pain and they do cleaning, and sent you home. They just don't care about their customers at all, only about easy money from insurance. **UPDATE** We already showed our kid to two other dentists at two different offices, both were shocked when they heard what happened. Both offices called your office and requested x-rays, that your office made, and we paid for, you refused to provide them. Both dentists agreed that tooth was supposed to be removed immediately, not cleaning of all the teeth and coming back in a month and half. And of course we already extracted that tooth in one of the offices. Why are you refusing to provide x-rays? We already paid for them.

My daughter's first time here and we loved it! The office is so cute the Landa and Dr Hill were seriously so awesome! Made my daughter feel comfortable and less scared of being at the dentist! Happy mom!

Absolutely amazing experience! My 3 year old son loved the office and our hygienist was so good with him! Little guys first dentist visit and it was above our expectations! Great environment to put kiddos at ease when getting their teeth cleaned.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. My coworker recommended Triad Kids Dental and I couldn't be more thankful for the service they provide. Front office is always helpful and provide excellent customer service from start to finish. We specifically had an appointment and Hannah . was amazing! She treated my child so well and made him feel more comfortable. People like her that work in a pediatric office are an asset to the company! As now in days you cannot find customer service like this anywhere. The dentist, Dr. Gordon, was great also. I drive 30 minutes to get to this location but it is well worth it! Highly recommend it to my friends/coworkers and anyone I know with little ones. thank you Triad Kids Dental!

My boys were so nervous to see a different dental office than the one they had been going to. Unfortunately the last was no longer accepting Medicaid so had to switch. I was also skeptical about driving 45 minutes. Let me say, it was worth the drive!! My boys couldn't stop saying how much they loved their first visit! They all were very friendly. It puts a mother at ease when their children enjoy a dental visit.

I enjoyed this location so much that I've Already told my friends to bring their kids asap! The dentist(i can't remember his name) was so attentive and really made my baby girl feel right at ease..... i usually go to the greensboro location but i think I'll be switching!

My experience was amazing. My daughter & I were treated like we were at home. Everyone was super nice, & the dentist was so gentle with her. The lady that did the X rays & brushed my daughters teeth was the absolute sweetest. I'm so excited for our next visit.

I think that Dr Shu is good with kids. He was gentle with my 3 yr old daughter. He was able to make her feel comfortable. I am definitely keeping him as a pediatric dentist for my daughter.
