Excellent dentist office for children. We came here after a bad experience with a different dentist office. Triad Kids Dental is SO much better. They are thorough, they explain everything, and they are very kind.

Horrible experience. We will not be returning. Definitely experienced racism from dental assistant. Very cold and unprofessional. Everything was rushed! No real time taken to listen or address concerns. Lack of friendliness and compassion towards my child.

I had never had any problems till today but my kid had a hard time with the lady cleaning her teeth they had to do something different so she told her not to move but didn't explain or show her what she was going to do so when my kid saw the object she got scared and moved and the lady was done she told me we can't do it today visibly irritated so I said okay then she continue to tell my kid to stop because she was going to scare the other kids! My daughter then apologized to me and I had to explain that it was okay to be scared! But that was uncalled for

Wonderful dentist office. Very clean and friendly staff. Fun office theme which makes the kids feel more comfortable. They have a balloon, sticker, and token station for the kids to do after the appointment. Very fun, safe practice. I would definitely recommend your child go here instead of SmileStarters.

I will never suggest this place for ANYONE for one they will give you the run around my son has been having to reschedule appointments since March to get crowns put on his teeth today we we're finally able to go in for work and he was given some kind of oral sedation, I waited a total of two hours before they told me they would have to reschedule because he needs anesthesia. This place is very unprofessional and the waiting areas are a bit weird I will be sending my child elsewhere I do not know now they reviewed 4 stars that's a joke!

Five stars across the board!! I went to Facebook to get any suggestions on a pediatric dentist and when I say so many people recommended this place I was like WOW ok I've found the spot! So glad I went here for my 3 children they loved it and are excited to go back! After having a bad experience at other pediatric dentistry's I was so relieved on the courtesy of all the employees I want to thank each and every person that helped my family. Thank you Kana, Monique, Mary, Britney and Dr. Cauthen and all the front desk staff the Stellmacher Crew really appreciate you ladies! I HIGHLY Recommend this place!

The staff here is completely rude and very unprofessional. Oh, and if you decide to change providers, don't expect a smooth transition when you request your child's records. They hung up on me a total of 4 times when I called asking for verification of them being sent. Totally uncalled for. We are currently with a new dentist who is fixing THEIR mistakes in my child's mouth. Once your child needs more than just a simple cleaning, RUN as fast as you can from this place!

I wanted to update my review because I felt like they deserve more of a review based on how well they do with my daughter. She literally cheered today as we pulled in to the parking lot even though she was nervous about the procedure they were about to perform. I used to dread going to my dentist growing up. He was so mean and rough when cleaning my teeth. This practice is the exact opposite. It makes me overjoyed to see my daughter excited to go to the dentist. I can't say enough good things about this place. I obviously absolutely recommend taking your children to this dental office.

The dental hygienist and dentist were both great with my 3 year old and 9 month old! Made it a fun experience an left with no tears from both! Extremely happy!

If you have a child with any kind of different learning ability such as autism, go somewhere else. I explained multiple times I need help or what can we do to calm my son down, over phone they promise with a gas whatever they can see him, all lies. Wasted an afternoon dealing w this business.
