I cannot express how much we love Triad Kids Dental.!!! The staff is absolutely amazing....very good with children, polite, always smiling (even behind a mask), informative and always with a solution. One of my grandchildren is deaf and autistic and all of her appointments have been an absolute dream. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you, for making a "scary" experience, anything but.

I found this place by using Google and we are so pleased with the atmosphere, the friendly disposition of the employees, and their professionalism. It is a very kid friendly place! They make sure that you know what is going on with your child's teeth and they make sure you understand what steps to take to prevent any dental problems. Thank you Triad Kids Dental!

We just had my daughters first ever dental appointment. I was expecting the worst since she gets nervous at regular doctor visits, but it couldn't have went better! The staff are extremely friendly and the office is very kid-centered (from the play area to the exam area). Things could not have went better! She is already excited for her next checkup in 6 months!

My 3 year old son came in for an emergency visit last week. I called a little after 8 and they got me in just a couple of hours later. This was our first time going and i ended up not having the right insurance card. But they worked me through everything and were super patient and helpful the entire time. All of the staff was wonderful. My son wasn't scared or anxious. He was so at ease, and that really surprised me considering he hasn't been to the dentist since he was a baby.. and this time he had a tooth pushed up in his gums. He was so comfortable with them he let them look in his mouth with no fussing or fighting. & The dentist was great at explaining things. They did a wonderful job with him. I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Phenomenal 1st experience with my toddler! Highly recommend! Best way I can explain the experience is that every person that worked there gave off a "I am having the best day of my life" vibe. I'll be moving the rest of my children here for sure

My son has been going here since he was 1 and now he is 3. He gets super excited about going to the dentist when I tell him he has an appointment. He even ask for the next few days if he can go back. I just absolutely love the staff in the office. I haven't met one that I don't like. Everyone is super friendly, sweet, professional and they always go above and beyond for the kids. I remember going to the grand opening and seeing how everyone was. I remember saying to myself "this is the kind of people I want caring for my son." I have not regretted my decision. I recommend starting your kid very early so that they aren't scared of going to the dentist. And let me tell you about the dentist, he is one amazing man! There aren't enough words to describe him. Take your kids now, you will not regret it!
