I'm a general dentist in Livermore and have been referring patients for years for their Endodontics needs. Last weekend I had 4 days of severe pain and Dr Nguyen and his amazing staff quickly accommodated my schedule and completed my treatment in one painless treatment. My first ever toothache/endo and I can now function pain free!

Root canal treatment is never fun. I'm grateful for the excellent and professional care provided by the entire staff. The Doctor and his Assistant did a great job and I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Also grateful to the front office staff for helping me with insurance questions and concerns! Thank you to all! If you need endodontics care, I definitely recommend this practice!

Absolutely amazing experience for something I'd rather avoid. Nice staff, kind, patient, gentle endodontist! Recommended something that he didn't provide and walked me through the process. Additionally was great with my insurance which can be difficult. Lastly, took me in immediately as I was in extreme pain. Very appreciative-felt well taken care of.

My experience was with the tri Valley endodontics in Livermore. Nobody wants a root canal, but this was the most painless into operation I've ever experienced. Dr. Dau was extremely competent, And literally everyone in the office was a pleasure to be around.

I've been going here for a few years to see Dr.Armstrong, and he is great! Friendly & efficient- everything you need from a dentist!

Inspite of 2 insurances information provided, at the time of appointment , I was asked to Pay $100 .When I asked for a reason , they said they would reimburse it once they ran a claim with the insurance. This billing practice is incorrect and is customer fleecing I would not recommend to go here unless you have things in writing You tale time off from work and pay for 2 insurance only to be paying more???

Update 9/29: After multiple calls with insurance and provider they finally agreed to adjust the amount. Still overpaid $287 more than EOB. "Zero" * - Dishonest billing practices. They mislead patients about the billing and insurance co-pay. Avoid clearly clarifying upfront if there are in-network provider so that they can claim arbitrary amount disregarding allowable amounts in EOBs and keep sending the bills. We have major issues issues with them in billing even after paying, whatever was told as all of out pocket charges upfront. Never recommend to go there for any kind of service, it's trap to rip you off. More add our date of service was 2/17/20, when we setup appt and everything they were very much in network and found from Insurance company that they cancelled their in network contract with the carrier on 1/31/2020. They did not update us with the fact that 17days before their in-network status changed when arrived on the day of service based on prior appointment. They called insurance to find out our out of pocket on 1/27 while in-network. More interestingly the doctor in Livermore location is still a in-network provider with Cigna.

Doctor Tarm performed a Root Canal and I almost fell asleep in the chair. Don't get me wrong. I don't want another one, but if I had to, I would go back there.
