He has been a General Dentist since 1994. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry from India. He then graduated with a D.M.D. degree from Boston University School of Dental Medicine and received his Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certificate from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Association of Endodontists and local Dental societies. Dr. Krothapalli is immensely interested in Rotary Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy) as well as Crown and Bridge..
She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine, Master of Science in Dentistry and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Periodontology from Boston University. Dr.Padmaja brings her expertise to our office for patients who require specialized Periodontal care. She is an active member of the American Dental Association and American Academy of Periodontology. Dr. Padmaja is married and has three beautiful children. Besides her passion for dentistry, she actively volunteers in her childrens classrooms, enjoys music and traveling as a family.
He was born and raised in southern New Hampshire. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH and went on to graduate with his DMD degree from Boston University School of Dental Medicine. Before entering the practice of dentistry, he moved to Greenville, NC to complete a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency from East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine. Enjoying the differences that certain geographical areas have to offer, he traveled to the west coast and spent time in northern Colorado gaining valuable experience along with enjoying an active lifestyle. Dr. Collins is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and is a certified Invisalign provider. He enjoys spending quality time with all of his patients and is dedicated to ensuring you and your family receive quality treatment plans that are in the interest of both your personal and dental needs. Outside of enjoying his time with his patients and staff, Dr. Collins enjoys trying new restaurants with his beautiful wife Trish, playing golf, ice hockey and trying to keep up with his Boxer puppy, Jackson.
She is our Office Manager. She started her career as a Certified Dental Assistant over 20 years ago. She attended NHTI in Concord to earn her degree. Bonnie was born and raised in NH. She loves watching her son Cody play soccer and playing with her two rescue dogs. Her family likes to snowmobile in the winter and in the warmer months they like to go for rides on their Harley.
Karah joined our front desk team in August of 2019. Karah has been working in the dental field for since 2012 years. Karah lives locally with her husband,Tyler, and two children, Bella and Grayson. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, and spending time with her family.
Lisa has been a Dental Hygienist since 2007 and has enjoyed working in the health care field since 2000. Her favorite part of the job is working with people. Oral health is a great part of your overall healthy body. Education is very important to her and letting her patients know how to stay healthy. She knows every person is different and likes helping each individual show their beautiful smile!

My visits at Tri-Town Family Dental are always fantastic. My 3 1/2 year old had a cleaning today and it couldn't have gone better. From the minute we walked in the door, everyone was pleasant and helped put him at ease. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for polite, professional, and friendly visits.

I have had excellent service since I began with them over 2 years ago. NOT once have I felt rushed out of my appointment, or my care and concerns not fully addressed. Dr. Collins and Dr. K , Hygienists, and assistants are superb. Plus their fees are very fair. I am so glad I switched!

I have been going to this office for several months. The staff always greet you with a smile. Dr. Collins is the best. He makes sure you are comfortable, takes time to explain what he is doing. Very pleased with the work that was done by the lab that his office uses.

I just had x-rays & a cleaning by Amy. She was thorough, professional, and friendly. Dr. Collins examined my teeth & carefully explained the necessary procedures. It was a pleasure to work with both Amy & Dr. Collins. Marie Fox

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Collins is a nice dentist but his front staff is not. They do not know what your insurance covers and they will over charge you if you allow them to. I would not recommend. Found a better dentist and staff at Generation Dental

I've been going here off and on for the last 18 or so yrs and they have been nothing but spectacular! I called this morning with tooth pain and knowing I needed a wisdom tooth pulled. They got me in an hour later and determined my tooth needed to come out and pulled it right then and there. The whole process went with ease and I will continue to go here in the future.

I have been in excruciating pain since Wednesday of last week calling dentist after dentist trying to be seen. Monday morning I called Tri-town family dental, they had me in the office a little over an hour later. Dr. Collins and his assistant were very friendly and he immediately referred me out to get my teeth pulled. I am seven years recovering addict and have suffered with bad teeth. I am embarrassed when I go to the dentist with such bad teeth. Dr. Collins and his assistant made me feel comfortable and went out of there a way to ensure I was not in pain during any part of the appointment. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you so much for such great hospitality and seeing me as quick as you did!!

After several surgeries (4 knee operation s) I was finally able to see a dentist. I was so ashamed of the condition of my smile. I had neglected my teeth and it was obvious I would need a great deal of work done. I assumed the dentist would have realized my embarrassment. But instead he was very condescending. He quickly rattled off the work that needed to be done. I asked his assistant to please explain to me what the Dr had said. I did have the procedure done. Ever since I have had pain but I would never return. For the future I decided to seek another dentist. However, I must say that the staff was extremely caring and personable. A little compassion goes a very long way-I am sure the cost of the procedure put a smile on his face but certainly not mine.

Today I had to go to Tri-Town Dental for a very painful tooth . The dental assistant and Dr. Collins made me feel very comfortable and were very friendly . Very happy I picked them .
