I've received outstanding service everytime I've interacted with this office. People answering the phones have always been very friendly and happy to provide excellent service. Dr Pagnotto and his assistants put you at ease and make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend this office.

On 8-11-2022, my 17 yr old grandson, Dakota, had his four wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Pagnotto and his entire staff was friendly, caring and very professional from admission to discharge. Even though still groggy, Dakota was shaking hands and thanking them for their care. I made one call to the office with a question latter that day. The issue was addressed and minor problem resolved. Would definitely recommend this office. He is well healed with no complications. Thank and please continue in that manner.

Staff are great and knowledgeable. They made my son feel comfortable before, during and after the procedure. Procedure went well as they expected and my son was back to normal with minimumal pain after the anesthesia wore off. High recommend this location.

Charged my mom $1000 for x-rays & evaluation for an implant. No work performed, just x-rays & eval. Over-priced.

I am highly pleased with the service and care that I received from Dr. P and his staff. I was told by my dentist that I needed surgery on Tuesday around 4 pm and I was at Dr. P's office for surgery at 12:30 on Wednesday- the next day! Everyone was extremely friendly and calmed my fears as I am extremely afraid of ALL dental work. They got me all set up for surgery and before I knew it-it was over. I did get IV sedation and that went very well too. I will definitely go back if I need any further work done!

I got 1 wisdom tooth taken out and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was nervous and they made me feel calm and taken care of. Everyone in the office was great! Dr. Pagnotto was excellent. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Tri-State is a professional and caring practice. Dr. P and all of his staff are excellent! The call to check on their patients, and if they have any complications they get you in right away. Would highly recommend Tri-State.

Dr. Pagnatto and his team removed my wisdom teeth this January 2021. I had a great experience where they made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. All employees presented themselves very professionally and confidently, which is what you hope for when you are about to be sedated! I followed both pre and post procedure care with no issues. I did have limited jaw opening for about 14 days after getting my teeth removed and called into the office twice throughout that time asking for advice and was assured it was normal and was given some tips to help. The team was also helpful in handling questions and concerns about insurance and payment. They also had an organized process getting me checked in and out of the office on the day of my procedure. I do wish the office would have made more of an effort to reach out to me as it neared my appointment to confirm everything. I did have to call a few days before just to make sure everything was still on because I didn't hear from them since I registered and scheduled the appointment. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience here and would recommend this office to anyone needing dental work that requires oral surgery.
