Spoke with Robin and asked questions and she was so kind and friendly! She answered my questions without seeming to be in a hurry and was so helpful! I wish more people in the world were like Robin!!

I am 22 getting wisdom teeth out, they were very courteous and helpful making sure I wouldn't be nervous about the surgery. The staff was nice at the front desk was polite as well.

My 6 y.o was treated with kindness and care from all the staff members. Dr Pagnatto was very thorough explaining the procedure and expectations. Very pleased with the efficiency and comfortable atmosphere!

Excellent service by all . June 10 had a tooth pulled . Jamie was extremely kind. Very happy with the procedure .

Dr. Pagnotto and his staff were so helpful and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. I was very scared of Anastasia and really didn't even want to take care of the problem. I also was cautious of going to this dental practice because of the reviews wrote on here, which gave me even more anxiety. When I arrived to the dental office everyone was so nice and accommodating. When I was taken back to have my procedure done, Nicole the dental assistant was absolutely amazing. Nicole stayed in the room with me before the procedure started made me feel so much better she truly made my experience better. The nurse Sakae was so kind and comforting as well doing everything she could to make sure I was ok. I have had no problem with my billing or overcharging. I paid exactly what I agreed to. I definitely will be going back.

The people were so rude. I was scared for my procedure and was crying on the table, no one did a thing or mentioned anything to me. They told me I took 40 minutes after the finished procedure because my blood pressure was High. Instead of helping me calm down they kept telling me I need to go get a physical and I shouldn't have blood pressure this High. No one was the slightest kind to me from start my to finish and I hated my entire experiment there.

Worst dentist ever had me waiting 2 weeks and spending over 300 dollars just to get a simple xray then when i confronted them about not having insurance they said if i got this insurance i should be able to pay for it so i get the type they recommend an it only takes off 30 dollars so now ive waisted over 400 dollars for me to be told i cant even get my infected wisdom tooth pulled because i dont have enough out of pocket money which the procedure was 1100 just for the 1 tooth. WORST DENTIST EVER

My daughter has mental illness, which is freaking scared of needles. They helped her as calmly as possible and by the end of the procedure that they couldn't possibly be more caring than they was during out this entire process. Called to check up on her several different times until she was healed. I highly recommend this company without a doubt.

This place is terrible. I gave them my x-rays a week before surgery just so i can have an idea of how much it would cost. I called back multiple times to see if the doctor checked them to give me a price. They kept blowing me off saying he was busy. I come in on the surgery day and they tell me the price. I got it out of them that i could get a 5% discount by paying cash or by check. So i said can i or my ride leave to go get it so we can have the discount. They said no, and if you want the discount you will have to schedule another day. I asked why couldn't they just told me i can get 5% off if i use cash or check, and were um, who, what blah blah blah. I also asked do you have a payment plan. They also said no. I looked at their website right after the procedure and noticed they have two payment plans, one for under a thousand and one for over a thousand. If it wasn't for the procedure day landing on a day i was off for work i would of said forget this place. I will never refer this place to anyone... freaking crooks.

Terrible billing experience great dental surgery experience. I absolutely loved the service. This is the best dental experience that I have ever had BUT...... They told me that my insurance would cover the procedure. They told me that it would cost me around $100. On the day of the procedure it ended up costing me closer to $200. No big deal. Then I received a bill for an additional $500 on top of the $200 I already paid and on top of the $700 that the insurance paid. It ended up costing nearly $1,400 to get three teeth pulled. No, there was no major problems or complications with the teeth either. Never use this place until you know the cost up front and have it in writing. The service was good enough that I had planned on returning for more work but after the dirty trick they pulled on me with the cost I will never return to them again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
