Dr. Michael Homer is originally from Utah, but has spent time living in various places all across the country.Dr. Homer graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from the University of Nebraska. He then traveled with his family to Boston, MA to attendtheTufts University School of Dental Medicine. While there, he was elected by his peers as class president for his dental class for multiple years, and graduated as one of the top members of his class with his Doctorate in Dental Medicine.Dr. Homer practiced for a year as a general dentist before returning to Tufts University to undergo post-doctorate specialty training, recieving an Advanced Certificate in Endodontics.
Following his professional training, Dr. Homer moved his family to Sioux Falls for the opportunity to purchase a successful dental specialty office. He and his wife, Emily, have 2 sons, 2 yorkies, and a chocolate lab. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, camping, riding ATVs, fishing, and spending time with his family.
