Told me over the telephone they could perform the dental procedure needed. When I visited they referred me elsewhere, and charged $260 to do so. Save time and money by going somewhere else because they're going to send you there anyway.

Posting a review so maybe they can revamp training; I know there a huge labor shortage and everyone is struggling. Didn't even get past the first call because who answers the phone at their place of work, a dentist office, and expects the client/customer to say hello first? If you're unprofessional answering the phones that's makes me feel I'll have a bad experience all around.

Very helpful staff and kind. The dentist I see is great and good at what he does. I have major dental anxiety but not when I go here.

Receptionist was VERY rude and tried to argue with me about my social security number. Eventually I asked her is she treated all the people like this that are trying to PAY for dental service here and had to hang up because she was just terrible. Reviews on Fb are horrendous and local town people say stear clear. Definitely glad I went elsewhere ..

Receptionist was VERY rude and tried to argue with me about my social security number. Eventually I asked her is she treated all the people like this that are trying to PAY for dental service here and had to hang up because she was just terrible. Reviews on Fb are horrendous and local town people say stear clear. Definitely glad I went elsewhere ..

I had to tell Dr. Rick he was a very happy dentist! He replied with "I enjoy helping people with their smiles so they can smile more often".You can tell that's the attitude of the office, everyone was so welcoming. He had me in and out in a short time, very experienced and gentle, saving a front tooth that I thought might be a goner. Highly recommend!

Great experience! The most painless cleaning and filling I've ever had, and I've been to a lot of dentists. My 4 yo had a great appointment as well. We'll be back!

I have never liked dentist from the time I was a kid! Now in my early 40's Dr. Rick has put me completely at ease with getting dental work done. He has refilled several of my old fillings and new cavities with no pain and makes it tolerable to go to dentist, so I actually go get it taken care right away! Thank you!
