i don't normally make these but i had an awful experience with this dentist today. i went in for a root canal & i was asking the hygienist what they were going to do (simply because i'm terrified of the dentist & i was anxious) - while i was talking to the hygienist, the dentist walked in and started shoving his fingers in my mouth WHILE i was talking & proceeded to raise his tone and scold me for, im assuming, "biting him" - it's pretty bad when your hygienist has to apologize for your unprofessional behavior. i don't remember his exact words but it was along the lines of "it's not that hard to just open your mouth and keep your hands down" idk how anyone else would react but considering going to the dentist is one of my biggest fears, that made me SO uncomfortable especially because it wasn't my fault. i sat through my procedure for other reasons but if it wasn't for the hygienists i would have left. just sharing my experience cause it seems like i'm not the only one who experienced poor and rude behavior from the dentist. this may not seem like a big deal to many but after seeing other reviews i figured i would share mine. please do better (i don't know the hygienists name but she was wonderful and i couldn't have asked for a better person to be with me during this experience.) side note - it is not uncommon for people to be afraid / nervous about going to the dentist. if you're going to work in this field, be kind & patient please.

The hygienist was very good with my son. The dentist was disrespectful to me and to my son. He would not let my son ask a question & while he was scraping my sons teeth he was rude & would not stop when my 8 year old started to panic. My son asked him are you breaking my teeth & the dentist replied it doesn't hurt open your mouth. I will never go back there.

If it wasnt for the female staff, I would give no stars. Never have I felt so uncomfortable. This Dentist is not only very mean, he's extremely disrespectful. How he treats his patients is unacceptable. I will take my business elsewhere. Pretty bad when the hygienist apologizes for his unnecessary rude behavior.

I have been a patient of Dr. Conaway for many years. He is a very knowledgeable professional and has a good chairside manner. He makes everything as painless as possible and explains everything very well. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a great dentist!

Friendly honest dentist. I have gone to another dentist that said I needed all these crowns. He was honest and said all these crowns were not necessary at this time. My daughter had a good experience too. A previous dentist said she had 8 cavities, and this dentist said no she had only 2. Nice to know there is an honest dentist you can trust.

Dentist is very rude and rather disrespectful for someone who is only open 3 1/2 days a week. Anytime we need anything more than a basic filling or cleaning we are just referred to someone else.

This "dentist" Conaway is the WORST! He pulled over 10 of my teeth today. Took teeth from both sides, (i need a lot of work,) but my fiancee put the details in another review. They kept the door shut and insisted NO ONE ELSE could be there with me. I found it so weird. Turns out, this must happen a lot with his work. Im surprised hes still practicing! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, ARROGANT AND MONEY HUNGRY describes this dentistry office. I left there today in more pain than ever, with all of my problem teeth still in my mouth. Im going to get a second opinion TODAY on his work because honestly im scared/have a gut feeling SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Never had more than 3 cavities, at one visit in my life. my teeth Dont hurt. this guy he told me I had 8 cavities my insurance covers up to 8 cavities. Went and got a second opinion dentist told me i had 2. Do Not go Here!!!!
