I absolutely LOVE the entire team at Tri-County Dental! I'm a new patient who came in after not seeing a dentist for 20 years, so I was nervous. The front desk staff, hygienists, and dentists have made me feel so welcomed and cared for. The team explains everything clearly so you understand what they are doing and why, they are thorough, and they truly make you feel like family. I've been twice now for a deep cleaning and my teeth feel clean, healthy, and renewed. My son and husband have appts. soon and I'm so happy we are all now part of this awesome family at Tri-County :-)

My dad needed emergency help for his teeth and Tri county dental care was absolutely amazing. Bijal was extremely hands on and helpful through the whole process. Fast Friendly great service. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Wonderful staff and treatment! Everyone was so receptive and kind towards my needs and I felt extremely comfortable in the office. They were very helpful with payment options when I needed it. Couldn't be happier with my smile!

I went for a consultation with a dentist and all I saw was a very rude and disrespectful hygienist. Now I need a copy of my xrays and they will not give me a copy unless I pay them $25. I wish I could give them 0 stars as they dont even deserve 1 star. Update: I went to get a copy of my xrays. I asked if they charged my insurance company for them they said yes and I said how dare you charge me then and they sent me the copy without charging me.

I went back there looking for Dr. Lily Chan who used to be my dentist. Dr Lily Chan and her staff was one of the best and I always felt safe with them. I had a horrible horrible experience with these new staff and dentist. I wish i didnt have to give them any stars. The way they talk to you is so disrespectful, They reviewed my Xray in the waiting area with one other patient there and with the front desk staff sitting beside her. Discussing private health care matters in a room adjacent to the waiting room with other patients and staff is HIPPA violation. I am a health care provider myself and I have never treated a patient like that. Also reviewed my results with me maskless because " I am vaccinated". To me that doesnt mean a thing! sorry. Not only was she maskless but also eating her lunch. When I told her how I want my health taken care of and by whom, all she focussed on was how her billing will be affected. Sorry all this place cares for is money and not your well being. Also please learn to talk to your patients with respect and dont talk down to them. Man.. worst experience ever!

Really Great Dental Office ! I'm usually really nervous about going to the dentist but when I arrived they made me feel very calm and the staff is very friendly and welcoming ! They talk you through everything that your going to be getting done and make sure they take their time ! Very professional setting and definitely will be coming again ! If anyone asks me if I know of a dentist office I will definitely be recommending Tri County Dental Care .

Being disabled, living in a wheelchair... i called to schedule an appointment, they told me to come on in that day. Well it took me 40 minutes to get up the stairs in my wheelchair. I called, no one picked up... well after climbing up the stairs, they told me that they don't take new jersey schools dental insurance, and they didnt take well care insurance for the disabled human beings that were just born differently , not our faults that we need a wheelchair to live... I figured all dentists would honor teachers or the disabled but I was wrong.. I'm upset that they couldn't tell me on the phone that didn't ask me what insurances I have. It was a medical emergency with a cavity causing high blood pressure and high sugar blood spiking, last thing i needed in this pandemic but they only cared about money, not about my health at all... if you go see this lady, dont be disabled.

I absolutely love this practice. Everyone is friendly, kind and super helpful. You feel welcomed from when you walk in the door. The receptionist is sweet, the office manager is amazing and the dentist and the hygienist are knowledgeable and gentle. I am so glad I found such an amazing dentistry! Now I have a great smile without the stressors that going to the dentist can bring. Great environment for families and for someone coming solo.
