Tri city Smiles is the best dentistry I have ever visited. I was welcomed in with smiles and was seen with little to no wait time. The manager and the girls in the front were all so helpful and explained the treatments very thoroughly. I had no problem understanding it. Dr. Shetty was the one that did all the work on me and helped me get through painful treatments. Cynthia, the DA assisted and even talked me through the extractions. Highly recommend and will be coming back for follow up appointments.

The management here is terrible. The appointment is at 11:30 a.m. Text at 10:00 in the morning saying it should be 12:00. When I get there at 11:50 and check in. It was not until 12:20 that the staff showed me to my room for routine inspection. A few minutes later, tell me it will be twenty minutes or half an hour or so. Because the doctor is operating. If only you hadn't had time to give me advance notice. I was supposed to take two hours off. But now it needs to be delayed for two hours. The boss said not to come to work any more.
