I live 30min away and I do not regret ever coming here. I love the way they treat my children Dr Pacard is nice also.

Great staff. Great Doctor. Dr. Picard and Jodi(?) were very knowledgeable and great with my scared 2.5 year old. Professional and friendly.

Front staff extremely nice and welcoming. Lobby is cute with different things to help kids stay entertained while waiting. Back staff was so great with my son, he was very nervous and they made him feel calm and happy. Definitely recommend.

We absolutely love tricity! My son had his first experience here and I'm so happy that he did! We left with smiles. The staff were so fabulous and truly made this special for us. Also the facility was very clean and a fun atmosphere for kids.

Dr Picard was fabulous! This was my son's first visit and she made sure he was comfortable and was very quick and efficient in examination. She took time in answering all our questions and is a natural with kids. My son was playing with toys the whole time and he enjoyed the visit. The office is very child friendly and done up very well. The staff are welcoming and with happy faces. They took time in explaining the process and patient education. Looking forward to the next visit. Definitely would recommend.

Awesome care! My youngest has a strong gag reflex, and although he's compliant and well-behaved, I'm sure he's difficult to treat. He had a couple crowns placed under anesthesia by Dr. Picard and everything went smoothly -- his only time with anesthesia. All staff are always kind and professional. My oldest is saddened to have graduated to a regular dentist after this year.

Very unhappy with the receptionist. I scheduled 2 appointments for my twin daughters in over a month in advance. About 2 weeks later I get a phone call stating we must reschedule the first appointment because of vacations and was given two dates. Neither of those new appointments were going to work out (one for mid June and the other for mid July) so I begrudgingly canceled one of my appointments to open up my schedule to take my daughter in. When I got there, I was told I arrived at the wrong time. I arrived at the time THE RECEPTIONIST changed my appointment to. My 2nd daughter's appointment arrives a week later and I call ahead to verify the appointment and am told there isn't one! I have had these dates written down for well over 30 days! Rachel does not care if my kids see a dentist, she was rude and unapologetic. Offered no help and acted like I was causing a problem. I am not happy! We have good insurance and any dentist will take it. When my kids do finally get to have a dentist appointment I will be informing the doctor of how I was treated and will be filing a complaint.

They are super good with kids! Friendly playful environment. Easy to find location and big open parking lot. All the staff workers are so nice to the kids. Fun, Friendly and positive place to take your kids.

My daughter took my grandson today and they had an awful experience. My 4 yr old grandson is already scared of going to the dentist and the hygienist Maureen was awful to them. She was rude and told them he was having a tantrum and she was allowing it. My daughter tried to explain to her that he's not throwing a tantrum, he's just scared. She proceeded to tell her to hold him down and tell a 4 yr old that they are bigger and stronger and this will get done. There was more said to the point that my daughter told her we're done now. I can't imagine he's the first child to be that scared at a pediatric office, so if this is how they handle it when your in the room with your child how and what are they saying and doing when your not present. The dentist was super nice and we were happy with her treatment plan, so it's sad that this one person had to create such an awful and traumatizing first experience.
