I was referred here for a root canal that I still had pain from. After calling for 4 days and leaving messages with an "answering service" I never got a call back. I continued to call the office. Finally someone picked up the phone only to tell me she does not know when a dr will be in. She didn't even know if they would be open for an ENTIRE WEEK and refused to schedule me an appointment. She had attitude and was not very helpful customer service. Extremely unprofessional.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Romulo deLeon is a skilled dentist and a really nice guy. Root amputation process went smoothly.

I was told if the tooth couldn't be salvaged, the alternative would be extraction, then an implant. Long story short, Dr. De Leon saved my tooth! From booking the appointment, to receiving the procedure, and finalizing payment, I encountered the kindest most caring professional endodontist and staff.

My first time ever going to an endodontist. I was referred there by Dr Adame (most honest and nice dentist ever.). Anyway I was blown away by how caring and nice the staff was. The cared about me more than any other dentist office I have been to (next to Adame.). I was feeling sick and had bad tooth pain so I wasn't my normal self but they offered me water and let me sit in a cooler waiting area. Just awesome guys. To top it off Dr DeLeon is a freaking wizard with his tools. A root canal in like 10 min and it didn't seem like he was even rushing. Got home and no pain. He had a very great personality and attitude. Anyway now that I feel better wanted them to get the credit they deserve. It's so hard to go somewhere and leave happy nowadays let alone be impressed.
