Dr. Sanders is the only Accredited Fellow (granted in 2018) and one of onlynine dentists in the state of Tennessee to earn accreditation (granted in 2006) with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) worldwide. The designer of award-winning smiles, Dr. Sanders is an award winner herself, having garneredsilver and bronze awards in the AACDs internationallyacclaimed Annual Smile Gallery Competition of the leading cosmetic dentists.

Due to Dr. Sandersscontinuing education fervor, she has been recognizedevery year since 1999by the Tennessee Dental Association ACE Certificate of Recognition program for completing more than 80 hours of continuing education in a two-year period (1999-2000, 2001-2002, 2003-2004, 2005-2006, 2007-2008; 2009-2010, 2011-2012, 2013-2014, 2015-2016, 2016-2018, 2019-2020).
Practicing in the Tri-Cities since 1991, Dr. Sanders is a member of the AACD, the Tennessee Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Dental Association (Tennessee Dental Society, First District Dental Society). She is alsoa recipient of the Business Journals Forty under 40recognition.
Dr. Sanders also workswith a local shelter for domestic violence victims. Sheparticipates with the Tennessee Chapter of the AACD in the Give Back a Smile programa coordinated effort designed to provide cosmetic dental care to victims of domestic violence. In 2015, Dr. Sanders was awarded the Milligan College Leaders in Christian Service award.

My husband, Bob and I live in Kingsport. I have three grown sonsand three wonderful daughter-in-laws!I havebeen blessed with five grandchildren:Lochlan, Leyton, Lewis,Owen, and MacKenzie.As of 2018, we also have3 wonderful step-grandchildren: Alexis, Nathaniel and Keira. I am an avid reader and travel for leisure. I am a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and am active in many church activities, including choir and cooking for our Sunday Meals on Wheels program.
I help our patients achieve their personal ideal level of oral health by providing a variety of preventive and assessment procedures. In addition to my BS degree in dental hygiene, I have practical experience in the dental field from subbing at various offices throughout the region, as well as working for five years at another office. Ive loved each opportunity I have been given, but found my perfect fit with Tri-Cities Center for Cosmetic Dentistry.

I live life by the motto, work hard, play hard. I give my career 100%, but during my time off, I travel often and spend lots of time with my family. I have three adult children and grandchildren who keep me busy and entertained. Additionally, I love to run, exercise, and surround myself with wonderful, positive friends. I am a member of First Baptist Church of Kingsport and the Junior League.
I became a Registered Dental Assistant after graduating with honors from the Ross Medical School in Johnson City. My goal as an assistant is to further my knowledge so that I may assist Dr. Sanders in providing our patients with an exceptional experience.
I grew up on the Jersey shore where lived in the Adirondack Park. I recently located to Tennessee in 2016. I have two children, two cats Dokkaebi and Artemis and dog named Ember. Lenore, my oldest, is studying to be a medical assistant. Luke, my youngest, is attending high school. My hobbies include reading, sketching, and painting with watercolor.
I have always enjoyed working in the medical field, spending the first few years of my professional life in nursing. Then, I found my true calling in dentistry, graduating from the dental assisting program at Northeast State in 2017.
As a Registered Dental Assistant, I proudly wear many hats in our office. From being chair side to working in our in-house lab to ensuring all safety and sterilization protocols, no two days are ever the same. I love that in our office, we truly work together as a team to provide the utmost care and hospitality to each individual that comes through our door.
As an assistant, I am with each patient from start to finish and even long after helping individuals reach their dental goals. My personal desire is to help provide comfort and individual care that ensures a positive experience within our care. I assist Dr. Sanders as a second and sometimes third set of hands during procedures to provide the best dental experience possible.
She encourages all of us to think inside AND outside of the box and use our individual strengths. We are continually enhancing our skills and never stop learning about all of the new advancements in dentistry.
We are active members of Community Church in Bristol and enjoy serving and participating in outreach programs. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, and working on various crafting projects especially making customized tumblers. Some of my favorite things include: reading, exploring new places, true crime documentaries/podcasts, and of course, all things leopard print.
I have been a part of this remarkable team since December 2021.When patients arrive, my smile is the first one they see.I want to make them feel as comfortable and as special as I can.I love time management andmy goal is to be as accommodating to our patients busy schedules as possible. I have been married to my husband Duane since 1982.We have two sons, Kyle and Brent; two daughters-in-law, Julie and Martha; and four grandchildren, Preston, Wyatt, Brennon, and Emmalynn. In my free time I enjoy reading, listening to music, walking, biking, and anything to do with the outdoors -- but most of all I LOVE being a Grandma/GaGa.We attend Pleasant Beach Baptist Church in Elizabethton and enjoy serving and participating in the outreach programs.
I joined this incredible team in 2021 after graduatingfrom Ross Medical in dental assisting with a 4.0 GPA. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my dog (Loki), my family, shopping, and being outdoors. Working for Dr. Sanders is such a blessing. She is talented, caring and always learning. Dr. Sanders is definitely one of a kind. If you want first class service, and people who care, this is definitely the place to go. The entire team operates more like a surgical team than a dentist office, and somehow pulls it off in a relaxing spa setting. This is truly the place to go to if you want perfection.

Yesterday, was my first appointment and from the moment I entered the office I was treated extremely well. Everyone was very nice and professional. It was a lengthy diagnostic appointment and the staff and Dr Sanders explained everything to my understanding. I highly recommend Tri-Cities Center for Cosmetic Dentistry.

As a health expert, I take good care of my teeth and gums. It's so important! I found Tri-Cities Center for Cosmetic Dentistry thru a friend and I am so pleased! The tools they use and the extra care they give are a whole grade above the average. My gums are healthier from the cleanings and the preventative check-ups are very thorough. The one crown and cavity I've needed was painless and they used the most up-to-date materials. I highly recommend this office team- not only for cosmetic work (which Dr. Sanders is so great at) but also for your all-over wellbeing!

Dr. Sanders and the entire staff were very pleasant and answered my questions well. Seem to have the latest technologies in the office. Also were ready for me when I arrived. Kept to appointment schedule. I like that.

Come here and you're spoiled for life, your imperfect smile will soon become a work of art, one that is carefully sculpted and scrutinized. Leigh and Yvonne will work around your hectic schedule to get you in and out and back to your hectic schedule. Gretchen will clean your teeth so well you'll leave wondering what are these silky smooth things in my mouth. Renee, Brittany, Leslie, and Tegan make you so comfortable, I sometimes wonder if I'm at the dentist or spa. Dr. Sanders needs no accolades, everybody knows she's the best. I mean she's an accredited fellow of the AACD. Only 81 out of 6,000+ members have achieved this milestone. The future really is female y'all. So take it from this transplant, who unfortunately has had to wing it with so-called cosmetic dentists in major cities, no one will ever compare. Once you go Sanders, there's no going back.
