Dr. Tres H. Manasco is an endodontist who specializes in microscopic root canal therapy. He has been in practice for over 20 years and has performed more than 20,000 endodontic procedures utilizing the surgical operating microscope.
Dr. Manasco received a B.S. in Biology from The University of Alabama in 1991. He attended The University of Alabama Birmingham School of Dentistry and obtained his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 1995. He then completed a one-year General Practice residency in dentistry and a two-year residency in Endodontics. He is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, and the Alabama Dental Association.
Dr. Manasco grew up in Haleyville, AL. He is a member of Fairhope United Methodist Church and has served on its medical-dental mission trip to Ecuador. He is also a charter member of the Fairhope Sunset Rotary Club. He enjoys crossfit, golf, fishing and spending time on the water.

I was very impressed with Dr. Manasco throughout this whole experience. The office was clean and well decorated, and his staff polite and respectful. I've never had a root canal before so I've heard horror stories. I experienced no pain throughout the whole procedure. What I did not expect, and found incredibly unusual given service standards today is the fact that Dr. Manasco personally called me at 8:30 the evening of my procedure to follow-up on how I was doing and remind me to swish with warm salt water, which I had actually forgotten to do. I can't recommend Dr. Manasco more highly!

I liked Dr.Manesco. However I was advised by the Office Manager that I would need to pay $800 during my visit and that they would credit me whatever my insurance provided. Due to the nature of dental insurance this was acceptable to me. I provided all my insurance information before the procedure. AFTER my procedure they advised me they didn't take my insurance and that I had to pay $1250 that day and file my own insurance. Basically, they charged me an additional $450 for being out of their network. Had they advised me of this before the procedure I would have gone elsewhere. I attempted to get them to be reasonable but they refused.

What a pleasant surprise to find such a caring Endodontist. From the shots, through the entire procedure, I was in little or no pain. I highly recommend he and his staff to anyone needing this type of root canal.

My experience was absolutely horrific and traumatic. I had to wait outside past my appt time. Was not even greeted. As soon as I walked inside I felt unwelcomed. The older lady at the front desk was very snooty/short with me. Which I didn't expect because she seemed very nice and understanding of my situation over the phone. When I first met with Dr. Manasco he barely said two words to me. There was a miscommunication with the front desk because when he leaned me back he was already asking the assistant for the numbing solution. I thought I was going to have a panic attack. I said "Wait!" I thought this was supposed to just be a consultation first. I explained over the phone that I would like for the doctor to look at the xrays and give me his opinion first before I go through with anything. I was already so nervous and in pain. I didn't understand what was going on. When I was trying to ask questions the doctor kept talking over me. I was rushed out of the room within 5 minutes. After everything I had to pay $100 for a consult which I felt was very wrong especially with what had happened. Please do not go here unless you want to feel like an inconvenience. The only person who was kind and showed any empathy was the assistant. I don't care who you are. You don't treat people like this period!

My son was referred to Dr. Manasco for a root canal. I called and got him scheduled however he ended up chipping his tooth on Sunday and it became an emergency that we get it taken care of right away. Dr. Manasco took care of my son the very next day!! He and his team are amazing and I highly recommend Eastern Shore Endodontics!

This was my third root canal procedure, but the first one with Dr. Manasco. He did an amazing job & thoroughly explained the process DURING the procedure. The office is very nice, conveniently located on the Eastern Shore & the staff was extremely professional. I highly recommend Dr. Manasco & Eastern Shore Endodontics!

I've had 6 or 7 root canals done by Dr, Monasco. Maybe there are other endodontists out there that are as good, but I cannot imagine that any one could be better. The only pain I had during any of the visits was the initial injection of local anesthetic. It's true what others have said about the length to which he and his assistants go to insure your comfort. On one of my visits the offending tooth had only a single root... from the time I left home, had the procedure done then returned home, less than 45 minutes had passed. As I recall, the evening after each of those root canals, Dr. Monasco called me at home to insure that I no problems. Enough said.

Omgoodness Dr. Manasco is the best endodontic in the world i would never go to anyone else for my endodontic needs hes caring and patient he makes sure you are ok during the whole process im telling you he is the beezneez i love him and hos whole staff

Everyone in the office is very nice. Dr. Manasco is awesome at what he does. He explained everything he was doing as he done it, it put me at ease to know what was going on. I would highly recommend Dr. Manasco to anyone that has problems but want to keep their teeth.
