I was very impressed with the staff they were very helpful and knowledgeable and very kind upfront and onpoint.Dr.Patel made me feel very comfortable he made me laugh.Suggested many options.It is refreshing when you find an amazing dentist.The best one I have been to.

Didn't even get any service. I called this office and couldn't hear the receptionist on the phone. I told her "sorry I can't hear you" and she hung up on me. Glad I didn't get a chance to schedule an appointment if the customer service is that bad

It was a nice enough office. I did however feel extremely rushed to make a decision. I had finally made up my mind to have the procedures done, only to find out the office was not billing my insurance. That I had to pay the total amount up front. That I would resposible in dealing with my insurance. This is why we pay for insurance!! I was prepared to pay the normal percentage, not the full amount. I ended up finding another dentist who would bill my insurance and allow me to pay the percentage I owed. I processed dental billing for many years. I went over each treatment plan in the back with patient and the amounts due after insurance. It was never handled out front for everyone to hear. I do however appreciate your office seeing me. Friendly office staff, easy to schedule appointments, and Dentist and staff spend time with you to be thorough and give you quality time. Lisa and Lori were a great team working together to make a cleaning the best experience from any dental office around!

My daughter Michelle looks forward to seeing Dr. Patel. He is wonderful with her. Michelle is a special needs adult who chose to pay for her dental herself just to see Dr. Patel rather than see another dentist who takes Medicaid.

I worked at this office for 24 years. The last was with Dr. Patel. He is young, highly educated, caring, and most of all honest. I continue to see him even after my retirement. Not because of habit but because I trust him.

Before my visit last week I hadn't been to the dentist in more than 5 years. I had a really bad experience when I was younger that kept me from going. Dr. Patel and his staff were so gentle and kind. Thank you all so much for the best dental experience I think I've ever had. I definitely recommend Dr. P and his staff.

I highly recommend Trenton Dental Nest. The staff is great and knowledgeable. The doctor is very kind and made my visit pain free. One thing that totally amazed me is this office has taken dentistry out of the dark ages. From the moment I sat down, until ready to leave, the technology was so advanced. I'm glad we found Trenton Dental Nest!!!
